Having total tech was helpful with having Best Buy choose the best company ( reliant installations) to install all my appliances. They were professional fast and knowledgeable in all aspects

I am glad i included installation when i bought this Bosch DW. Ronald W. was on time with delivery and efficient installation. Removal of my 17 year old Whirlpool and haul away was included

Very efficient installation. They were careful moving the dishwasher into our house. One installer took the time to show the dishwasher operation and features like the moveable top shelf and also made sure it was working correctly before they left.

The installers were here on time. They quickly removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one. They left everything neat and clean and they were careful of the cabinet while installing.

Despite our best attempts at measuring our new Kitchenaid dishwasher did not fit easily into the space where the old one was. The Best Buy installers spent the extra time, worked a few tricks, and made it work anyway. We're very pleased with the installation!

Worst customer service and dishwasher installation experience ever, bar none! Can’t believe how Best Buy can promote its “TotelTech” membership with a straight face, while provides such a bad customer experience at the same time.
Long story short: Bought a $800 dishwasher on 2/19/22 at a local store. Promised delivery and installation on 2/26/22. On 2/25/22, told the delivery window is between 11AM to 1PM. On the installation day, did not hear anything after 2PM, called customer service and was put on hold for over an hour. Then the installation crew called and said would be coming after 3:30PM. Finally they came, and immediately found our under-sink shutoff is faulty thus they could not do anything. They left the new dishwasher with us, advised us to call customer service to re-schedule and off they went. We did not know that this was the start of whole terrible experience.
We called in a plumber to exchange the shutoff – which according to him was not bad but changed it anyway. On 2/28/22 we called customer service, a representative set 3/4/22 as the new installation day. Initially the date could be seen in my Best Buy account. However, in the afternoon when I checked again, the date was gone, and we were advised to call them to arrange again. No email or text notification! Then we called, got another date set, only to find out it got cancelled again – without any notice. This had been repeating on daily basis. Customer rep offered different explanations: one said they did not have control; another said that there was no crew in my area; the third told us to go back to store to reschedule so a date can be “solidly booked” – and we did go back to store to reschedule, and got the same no-notice cancellation again! Yet another plainly said “do you have other questions” when we asked for an explanation. In total we got 5 dates and all were cancelled several hours later!
Finally we had enough and completely lost confidence with Best Buy – we returned the dishwasher to the store, cancelled our TotalTech membership, and we will NEVER buy alliances from Best Buy again. We took our business elsewhere and bought the same dishwasher from their competitor.
Best Buy seems does not care if customer satisfaction matters at all. They do not seem to have a process to monitor how they fulfil their installation promises. They do not provide tools or means for their first line support reps to help customers. Their service quality is way below expectation.

On May 22, I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy. After two unsuccessful installation attempts, Best Buy left the dishwasher at my home. I managed to get it installed on June 1, only to find that it was defective—it would not drain or dry my dishes.
I contacted Bosch customer service and despite the product being only 9 days old, they wanted me to pay for someone to come out and service the machine. We ran multiple tests and the dishwasher simply would not drain properly and left the dishes soaking wet after each attempt.
I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty from Best Buy. And I was certain they could help me when Bosch couldn't.
I contacted Best Buy customer service, and they informed me that while they could replace the dishwasher, I would need to pay for the installation. This was contrary to the original purchase agreement, which included free installation. I refused to pay for the additional service, resulting in them retrieving the defective dishwasher.
I pleaded both in-store and over the phone for them to honor the sale's original terms, including free installation and delivery, but I was repeatedly denied. During my visit to the store, I waited for half an hour before anyone approached me. When I asked to speak with a manager, my request was denied, with the staff claiming there was nothing they could do. I received the same response from customer service over the phone.
This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating retail experiences I have encountered in my 40 years.
