Be aware that the installers they use are private contractors and not Best Buy employees. They got the job done, but took a ridiculously long time to do so.

The installer came to the door and I showed him to the kitchen. After he opened the box and made sure it was the right dishwasher, he went about removing the old and putting in the new. He was fast and quiet. I wish all installers were this wonderful!!!!!!

The installer was a delight. He worked quickly while remaining incredibly careful about Covid. He was great to talk to, neat, explained things well. Best installer I have ever had for anything in over 40 years!
