We did quite a bit of research before deciding on a new dishwasher. After reading reviews, we had narrowed our choice down to either a Bosch or a Kitchenaid. The fact that this Kitchenaid (Model KDFE104DSS) had the heated dry was what really helped us to decide, especially since our previous dishwasher (an LG) did not, and the water remaining at the end of the cycle caused a smell in our dishwasher. We like the way this dishwasher looks, the way the racks are designed for plates and silverware, and especially how quiet it is. There is no need to set the dishwasher on a delay to dry it later when the noise won't bother you because there is almost nothing to hear! Kitchenaid also has a very good reputation for consumer satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

So far, this Bosch dishwasher is doing a great job of washing the diches, and is so quiet that the only sounds we hear is the water going down the drain... Looks good, works great, easy to load... What's not to like???

The installers were on time and installed my appliances. They showed me everything after uninstalling my old appliance to make sure all was good before installing the new appliance.

There were some issues with local third party contractor having to cancel due to personnel issues. However, GeekSquad was ready to make it right by sending out their own team. Third party contractor ended up making good on an earlier date though and provided a discount for having had to cancel. Installation was smooth. Installer was careful and considerate.

We purchased our Samsung dishwasher in January. We LOVE it! 3 racks, adjustable tines, quiet and cleans extremely well. So glad we decided on this model.

This dishwasher is a great dishwasher so far and looks amazing in my kitchen. With that said the process from order to install was horrible. I paid extra for installation and was told everything would be taken care of, however that was not the case. After being rescheduled three times over the course of a month, the installers showed up only to say they weren't able to install it because it was a built-in unit. My father ended up installing it. These do require modifications to be made to the cabinets, and installation is somewhat complicated, but the directions are pretty easy to follow.

My new KitchenAid dishwasher is amazing. Roomy, well-made, super quiet, and very effective at cleaning all of my dishes, silverware, and glassware. So nice to have a well-made, high-functioning kitchen appliance!

The Geek Squad did a very good job. They first removed our old built-in dishwasher without incident. Then they installed the new Kitchenaid dishwasher we bought at Best Buy. There were 2 guys, the main installer & a helper. They were professional & knowledgeable. There was a slight problem, but it was quickly remedied. After the installation, they provided instructions on the different wash settings, etc. and provided the new dishwasher paperwork.

I received this request for review long before my dishwasher was installed. Best Buy should consider sending reviews and starting the warranty period AFTER The product has been installed. I made the purchase on 12/30/21 and it was finally installed 2/12/22. The installation went very smooth and I couldn't have been more impressed and they even demonstrated the various features. I've only ran it once but I will say it it did an excellent job removing the residue. This dishwasher is easy to operate and get quiet.

They did a great job. Fast, yet careful. Made sure everything was level.

Searched out a specific dishwasher based on reviews and found that BB had it in stock as well as other big box stores. Chose to purchase through BB given my tremendous experience and follow up on their electronic sales and service. Thankfully, their appliance installation was just as consistently good. They were on time, clean, respectful of the house and even noticed an issue with a water line that prior to install and had the part available and ready to go so there was no interruption or need to come back. All in all I’m so pleased I went with BB and would highly recommend purchasing your appliance through them

Had our dishwasher installed and the installer was great! Installation went smoothly amd the installer was super friendly. Will definitely get the installation for other appliances we purchase in the future!

Installer worked quickly and very efficiently. Thoroughly cleaned up when finished and tested the dishwasher to make sure it worked with no leaks. Explained the features and operations to us when finished.

Quiet machine, actual easy to press buttons. Love the stainless finish. LOVE IT. Unrelated to Best Buy, yet they subcontracted who subcontracted 2 guys who then took 2.75 hours to finally install. They said they'd leave because we questioned their odd price for the 2 required permits. Our fair city only required one for plumbing. We called for the actual cost. We should have let them leave and hire our own plumber. And in actuality, I highly doubt either guy was a plumber. Likely installers. Will never buy another thing from BB. Most likely will buy from Grand Appliance. Our neighbor's only took .5 hours.

Installation Tech installed the dishwasher effortlessly. Knew exactly what he was doing. Explained operation clearly.. leveled everything , test ran and was done in less than 45 minutes. Delivery was on time.

Old dishwasher removed even with structural complications…and adapters rounded up in order to accept the new dishwasher installation. All done expediently but with professionalism, skill and knowledge.

The young man who installed my dishwasher and removed the old was very polite and efficient. I have no complaints about him or how the install went! My only concern is: since the dishwasher swap, I smell septic fumes both in the dishwasher and in the cabinet under the sink. I'm concerned maybe something is off.
