The Samsung dishwasher is great. Even though it did not come with the rest of the appliances the 3rd party - TM Chase (Maurice) did a great job installing the dishwasher. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. No problems w/dishwasher, ensured it worked, and fixed water line before he left. Great customer service!!

I purchased this DW about one month ago. It is Very Quiet- some time I am not sure it is running! The main silverware basket is large and along the side of the lower rack so is not in the way of larger pots or platters. I find the 3rd rack to be unused, all though it seemed like a good idea when I bought the DW. Unfortunately it gets in the way of taller items in the upper rack. The lower rack needs to have more tines that flip up or down to allow larger items to fit better. The dishes come very clean and the food screen is easy to clean.

Great product works beautifully quiet and efficient

Word of warning: If you are ordering from the Tracy, CA store insist that the Geek Squad deliver or you will be sorry! Delivery guy was rude to my husband but that is just the start of the issues. It took 4 weeks to get all of my ordered items. One item (dishwasher) was delivered and stopped work in 72 hours...yes....hours. The replacement came late (scheduled 12-4 arrived near 7pm) and was damaged beyond repair...so we had to wait for the 3rd and final dishwasher that WAS delivered and installed by Geek Squad's Dale. He was on time as well as quick, friendly, and knowledgeable and the dishwasher works perfectly. In store staff is also great especially the Appliance department team (ask for Aujhana but Stephanie and Javier were also very helpful), the Geek Squad mgr. Joe, Brian and Marcel but the delivery problems added stress that completely ruined the fun of getting new appliances.

Purchasing installation for the dishwasher was somewhat beneficial. Primarily to get unit unpacked, in the house and opening (was pretty heavy), and also to get electric cable/hoses attached correctly. I watched him do the install, and that was fortunate, as after he was done it stuck out too far. He indicated not being able to push it back any further and that my cabinet depth wasn't enough. However I thought about it overnight, thinking that didn't make sense as my former unit was ok. I then read the instructions (that he didn't read), and realized he didn't run the drain hose in the clearance space that he needed to, so it was obstructing the ability to push back further. I pulled the unit back out the next morning and re-ran the cables/hoses through the cabinet where instructions stated, and was able to get the dishwasher to push back further into the cabinetry. So I learned how to install properly from this experience for the next time. Was a bit frustrated that he didn't do correctly, but I also had a positive with him in putting a range in place that was more of a challenge than what I expected (and didn't pay for installation or delivery on that unit). That was due to flooring and trim work put in years earlier, but after the former unit was in place. So I called it even... but make sure the manual is followed by the installer!

Best Buy promptly delivered my dishwasher and installed it. The guys moved quickly and were in and out with 40 minutes. They gave instructions on usage such as running hot water at the sink before starting the dishwasher. Excellent service.

The repair technician was great -- he ran very late bc of very complicated installs he had before, and he said that the complexities were not communicated until he arrived to install, so this is an area to improve communication with your installers. He was smart, helpful, courteous, but he must have been exhausted.

The installation technician was very knowledgeable and fast. My old dishwasher was installed in a very non-normal way which took a few extra minutes to get out- but he did it rather quickly I thought. In less than 1 hour I was washing dishes again and happy.

The actual installation date was not only over a week later than scheduled but was scheduled for 3 separate days: delivery, removal 2 days later and installation a few days later. I’m 80 years old with emphysema and still in physical therapy for a broken foot. I upgraded to 4 stars because they were finally able to do It in 1day, 1 week later than the original date and the delivery guys were great. It was after you re-opened and took many calls and tears on my part.

The crew was amazing. They just came in and slap it together in 15 minutes. Works perfectly.

The install techs knew exactly how to do this. They removed the old dishwasher, and even swept up the dirt and debris in the cavity before installing the new one. The whole process took 35 minutes including running a short cycle to check for leaks.

The final installation couldn't have gone any smoother. I'll give this 5 star review only because that gentleman was a great guy and I can't let him suffer due to ineptitude of everything that came before him. My journey started 5 months ago. I had two orders to be fulfilled. A salesperson's dream. One house I ordered a brand new stove and new faucet. For my rental unit I ordered a brand new washer/dryer combo and dishwasher. Let's just talk about the dishwasher because the other stuff was an even bigger nightmare to get it installed. The first people came to take away my old dish washer and install the new one. They pulled out my 20+ year old dishwasher and said my valves needed to be replaced. "No problem" I said and they didn't know how to turn off the condo unit water (even though I showed them where it was). Caveat...i was remote so I could only tell them where in the garage to go. Their limited english and non-desire to stay longer than cinco minutos they actually just hung up the phone and left. Someone later called me and told me they couldn't do it. I had to reschedule. So I ended calling my own guy and he replaced the valves within 20 minutes. Easy peasy. So I'm patient and call my best buy again to reschedule the installation. Had them confirm the location and haul away. I get a date for 3 weeks later. Take it and wait. 2 days before the installation they send me a notification that they are coming. To the wrong address. I call back to let them know and boom...I need to wait 2 more weeks but they can come pick up the old dishwasher (which is still attached) at the original time. Sounds great right? I take morning off from work and they come to pick it up. They look at the old dishwasher and say they can't take it. I asked why not? We don't do installations. Oy...ok. So I reschedule. My new date...2 weeks later. The great day finally arrives and they come to install. My man does everything he needed to do and was in and out in 1 hour. He was not the haul away guy. But guess what...he said...don't worry...I'll just take it away for you. Great dude. TLDR: I got a dishwasher installed after several false starts, 3 visits, and only 1 competent installer.

If I could give 10 stars for the installation I would do it. There was no wait for installation, they were on time and knowledgeable, and fast. He was friendly and gave us great tips. He had everything on hand. I was so pleased I even asked if we could hire him on the side and this guy was so ethical and loyal to BB, he apologized and said it would be a conflict of interest. So MORE POWER TO BB and their subcontractors for treating their employees right and well. This is always a great indicator as to how they run their overall business. I won't buy anything else anywhere else unless they just don't carry it.
