Kevin, installer was great. Installed at my 92 year old mothers house. Explained operation with patience, professionalism and caring that she understood how to use it.

The installers were great. They arrived early for the appointment which was a good thing. They were very professional and knowledgable.

watch out for the free install and haul away features. they use a third-party vendor who gives poor service. the installers gave all kind of excuses as to why they could not do it. They said BestBuy fails to tell the customer that BestBuy will not let them do anything other than a quick disconnect and install. They did not remove or haul away old dishwasher. I had to remove it myself. I had to contact a Plummer on my own and pay for it. to get it installed. Used the chat line but all they said was call geek squad which you cannot get on the phone.

The installation came free with the purchase of the dishwasher. I recommend this option, because if you bui it separately it's very expensive. They called in advance the day of delivery and gave me exact time of delivery. They removed for free the old unit.

The dishwasher installation went great, unlike the appointments that were screwed up so many times we just called an outside contractor to complete the installation of our Nest thermostat install.

The install crew for the dishwasher was great. they arrived on time and took care in installing our new dishwasher. they went above and beyond and even helped me carry a washer and dryer in that i had purchased but did not have them install.

Last installer was good and everything finally went as it should have but took 3 months to get an installer. First one never showed up and second one canceled teh day off. Customer service quite unhelpful as they put you back at the end of the queue . Spent literals over 10 hours to try to schedule the installation... just bad experience

They were here earlier than expected & it didn't take them very long. They thoroughly explained the operation of the dishwasher & the recommended product types. We had a little leak after they left & the gentleman came right back to make the necessary repair.

Didn’t show up and claimed I didn’t answer my phone or doorbell. I rescheduled the appointment. Then they charged me $150 for the installation even though FREE INSTALLATION was included in the price. They damaged the dishwasher when installing it, there is a dent on the bottom of the front panel. Now I’m trying to get the dent repaired.

The installation went smoothly and everything was installed in a timely manner by courteous installers they were helpful in explaining what and why and use of all the appliances I had purchased cleaned up everything when they were satisfied they did a great job
