Technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Installed and hauled away quickly!

They were here earlier than expected & it didn't take them very long. They thoroughly explained the operation of the dishwasher & the recommended product types. We had a little leak after they left & the gentleman came right back to make the necessary repair.

The installation went smoothly and everything was installed in a timely manner by courteous installers they were helpful in explaining what and why and use of all the appliances I had purchased cleaned up everything when they were satisfied they did a great job

The install was good but the product had the wrong rack and it would fall. Had to call and have it replaced but person forgot to replace the rack for utensils/silverware. It doesn't fit properly but got tired of calling and calling for service.

He did a great job of setting the washer up and explaining some possible issues that were already present in my under sink plumbing. I had a professional plumber tell me that the installer did a great job and he may not have had to based on my setup.

After initial installation, small water leak from fitting on dishwasher. Installer came back very fast after getting notified by store and fixed the leak.

3rd major appliance I have had installed by Best Buy and I have been impressed. Very considerate(I have new carpet!), polite, and they do a great job picking up after themselves.

I have had several appliances installed throughout my 44 years of owning homes. This group way by far the most efficient and professional! There was a flaw in the first dishwasher that was delivered and they took care of getting another one for me.

Great service. They went out of their way. Delivered went install found out previous dishwasher was not wired properly. So had to return after wiring was completed

This instillation team were wonderful. They were very friendly despite having to go to 4 more jobs (this was at 4 pm). There was a problem with the instillation because of our builder's fault, but they corrected it and now I have a GREAT dishwasher!

Great product but clanging its tray levels may not allow its door to latch

The installers were on time and very polite only complaint was it took a while and was unaware there can be extra cost

The guys came on time and were careful about taking the old dishwasher out and installing the new dishwasher. They even pointed out a flaw on the new dishwasher prior to installation which was nice of them although it didn't matter since it was an open box purchase.

Even though the installation team was a few hours late...we were still very satisfied with their work performance..they took the old dishwasher and replaced it fast and even cleaned up after themselves..

Is wan not home when the installers arrived and my wife had to handle same. When I did arrive home, dishwasher installed, tested and installers advised that we replaced same not too soon as the old supply line had sprung a leak. Thank You

The installers were very professional. They called before arriving, went right to work and had the dishwasher installed very quickly. They were also very informative about the dishwasher and gave us several great hints on how to best operate the unit.
