The installers were great! They were quick, in and out. Took my old dishwasher with no hassle and made sure I knew how to work my dishwasher and that it cycled fully before leaving.

Delivery was on time and installers were courteous. The reason for the 3 star rating is that 2 screws (mount to counter) were not installed properly. After the first few uses of the door, I noticed scratches on the top/control panel in both screw locations! My husband adjusted the screws, but time will tell if the scratches effect function.

The installer was very careful with the removal of old dishwasher and install of new. He explained how it worked and was even nice enough to help me move some stuff from in front of the electrical box so he would have access to it.

The installers were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived an time and were happy to answer my questions. Very happy with the service they provided.

Disappointed that they were 5 hours late past the appointment window but they made up for it with speed.

These guys were very hurried and forgot to take my old appliances (which I paid for). I had to call them to come back and get old appliances. Additionally, although they wore masks in my house (due to COVID-19), they lowered them when talking to me and come into my bedroom area rather than knocking on the door as I had requested. Safety/health protocol needs improvement!

When you open the door it drops and it's heavy, no spring action so it's very annoying to say the least.

They forgot to hook up drainage causing problems when they returned they said pump was broken Another came to replace dishwasher but found the problem unfortunately it still doesn’t dry dishes

When one of our kids dishwasher broke we immediately ordered one from Best Buy. They came on time, installed it perfectly and took away the old one. Couldn't have asked for more!

Excellent installation. Installer brought dishwasher in removed his boots at the door and was very informative. I would give even more stars if I could. Thank you

The first installer damaged my dishwasher and did a HORRIBLE JOB. The second one was great.

Despite the negative comments from the installer there were no problems with the install. He gave the odds at 50/50 that it would fit.

Installers were professional, helpful, even though Best Buy continually forgot to actually order my dishwasher. They got the job done quickly and professionally

Our installation technician was kind and considerate. He was knowledgeable and didn’t mind telling us what he was doing. He also let us watch and answer questions that arose. I’ve never had a technician treat me as nicely as this one did.

The crew called that they would be early because the stop ahead of me did not answer the phone so they took me first since I was ready. The were fast and very neat. When they left, they only way you that they were there was the new dishwasher.

The installer arrived promptly and went right to work. He was sure to keep the area clean and the care and effort he took to complete the service quickly and with expert craftsmanship was amazing! I would recommend this service to anyone !
