No issues. The fridge install was a disaster. Make sure they haul away everything on the trip. They will not come back even if they say they will.

Overall happy with install service. Only complaint is they didn’t put back the baseboard after install.

First Installation appointment, there was no show. Not even curtesy email for no show. Then I have call and arrange a second installation appointment. Remember there is installation charge and haul away fee.

When you open the door it drops and it's heavy, no spring action so it's very annoying to say the least.

The installers were very good. However we had a cabinet front install and they were not allowed to do that by Best Buy Policy. It seems quite silly to me that they are not allowed to complete the install or even recommend a third party. It left me with an incomplete job that I had to hustle around to complete. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

The installer gave a courtesy call when he was 30 minutes out, arrived on time and efficiently did the install. He didn't leave any mess and ran a quick cycle to make sure all was in working order. Quite pleasant to deal with.
