Service was excellent. Very short timetable for delivery and installation which was great. Kyle install the dishwasher quickly and efficiently and showed us how to use it. Very pleased.

went fast but they left a long long tubes under my sink...they could have trimed them a little or tucked them behind the dishwasher

We had a Geek squad technician present during the installation process. He was very informative and knew the Bosch product well. We love Best Buy and it is definitely because of the great customer service that is given to their customers.

They forgot to hook up drainage causing problems when they returned they said pump was broken Another came to replace dishwasher but found the problem unfortunately it still doesn’t dry dishes

The hose was too short. Luckily the installer had more hosei in his truck or he could have made be buy another kit and reschedule the installation.

The installation process took longer than expected but one of the Installers took time to explain the problem & a work around it to get my dishwasher installed & working.
