Best Buy’s Dishwasher Installation was seamless! I was worried after the 1st one I ordered was too deep! This one just slid right in!

He was professional and answered to all our needs. However we had to readjust the placement of the hose later.

The man who installed our dishwasher was efficient and friendly. There was a problem with the floor and he figured it out without us having to have any additional work done.

The only issue we had is the drainage hose leaks, we are having it fixed and then should be great.

The installer make sure that everything is working right. They explain how it works.

Our new Whirlpool dishwasher was installed by 2 young men who did an excellent job. They were courteous, knowledgeable and communicated about the process very well.

Very friendly fellows when they showed up to install and remove the other dishwasher. Took them over an hour though.....maybe that's normal, maybe not.

The gentleman who did our install was unable to complete the install as we needed a bracket that was not provided. He did what he could to secure it, but managed to scratch our cabinet trying to make it work.

Disaster. Had all set up and waited 2 weeks. BB subcontracted co arrived TO TELL ME ELEC FROM OLD DWASH no longer up to code. Nobody mentioned checking elec outlet location to me online, on phone or in store EVER. I was told by employees THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WITH BBUY ......we tell them all the time. This infuriates customers, wastes lots of time....etc. In the 2 week period I could have had an electrician there!!! This could be EASILY PUT ON WEBSITE ......PROPER ELEC OUTLET FOR YOUR DISHWASHER. Horrible. The new DW sat in middle of my kitchen till electrician could come....then installers scheduled out another 2 weeks. Just a nightmare.

Worth every penny for the assurance there is no future dispute about proper installation in the event of a failure or repair. Super easy, perfect and professional install.

Install new dishwasher on 2nd floor. Remove old dishwasher on 1st floor. Install old dishwasher previously on 2nd floor to replace the one on the 1st floor that never worked in the past 20 years. All done without problems.

It only took the geek squad 35 minutes To install the new dishwasher and remove the old one. They were extremely friendly and courteous. Ran the dishwasher to make sure everything was good before they left. Great experience! Worth every penny.
