I purchased a dishwasher about a month ago and had Best Buy complete the installation. The installers arrived on time and completed the install in an hour with no complications. Would recommend going with Best Buy for future appliance installs.

The first installer was not very thorough to be fair my kitchen counter is older and it’s a tough install. The second one that came out was terrific and went the extra mile. I wish I knew his name he was great.

The installation technician was quick, thorough, and professional. My only complaint is that they were so backed up that it took 12 days to get an appt. They kept me informed throughout the process and were even early to our appt.

After a very difficult time getting an installation time scheduled, and many phone calls not followed up by Best Buy, I finally got a team to arrive. They did a very thorough job, and took great care not to scratch the floor or new cabinets.

Charles delivered my washer promptly and safely. He called me several times throughout the morning to update me on the delivery, since he had several stops spread throughout the morning. He was very polite and friendly.

The delivery guy was efficient and professional. I have had appliances delivered from other major companies and this has been the BEST service! I will purchase my future appliances from Best Buy and recommend it to friends.

Team arrived late. Waited ready for 4hours. Made me miss attending church services on a Sunday. Need to better inform customer

Everything went exactly as planned. We were contacted the day before our scheduled delivery and the installers were professional and thorough.

The crew did a great job with the dishwasher install. I love my dishwasher.

Nate delivered and set up my dishwasher. He was professional kind and respectful of my home. He had someone with him, but I do not remember her name. She also was excellent!

Although the installer was a bit old to be rolling on the floor to install....he did a great job! He was fast and efficient...He did not have to redo anything...or look up a procedure. He gave great tips on how to use the machine. Kudos!

Technician called the night before - not a computer. i requested earliest delivery and he was ready to go and got it done. Great service - made space work and didn't complain about circumstances. So thankful for this technician. Couldn't ask for more.
