Total Tech is absolutely worth the money based on the services they provide. Best Buy is very accommodating.

Basic install is a joke. The certified installer charged an extra $30 to use a coupler to join my copper line to the water line leading to the dishwasher. If he is a certified installer, why didn't he make the proper connection repair instead of an acceptable fix?! I would have been more satisfied paying the additional $30 for additional install items and knowing it was done properly instead of thinking lunch was on me.

after seeing how long along with the use of two installers I'm glad I didn't attempt to do installation myself.

The install guys were courteous and clean. They did a good job installing our new dishwasher and took care not to damage our new wood flooring.

Bought a dishwasher from Best Buy with Geek Squad installation. The installation technician was on-time, polite, handled the whole process quickly, showed me how everything worked, and carted the old dishwasher away. Top notch experience.

The crew of guys that delivered and installed new dishwasher were great. The guys were friendly and courteous. The installers were very punctual and completed the removal of existing dishwasher and installation of new dishwasher within an hour.

The two installers were knowledgeable and very helpful. They offered to install the additional required separate electric for the unit at minimal cost (I thought). They showed me how to use the dishwasher (helpful hints) -

The poor man who installed my dishwasher really had his job cut out for him! Nothing is replaced easily in my house. He conquered the install with grace, even tho I'm sure he was glad when it was over! He was very professional and totally cleaned up after.

Very good service to do all the installation of the equipment

They were professional and they knew what they’re doing. Even let me know the water valve was no good which I didn’t know. If not for them, it would’ve become a bigger problem later on. I had the water valve replaced and fixed.
