The gentleman who installed the dishwasher was on time, courteous, and maintained all COVID safety protocols. He also left the installation area as clean (or cleaner) than he found it.

Did a great job. Removed old machine and installed without a hitch

The installer had a very hard time removing our old dishwasher, but he finally removed it from the counter space. The new GE 24" dishwasher just fit due to it's compact design. Being an ADA compliant appliance, it is not as tall as a non ADA compliant dishwasher.

We were impressed with Best Buy's followup text informing us of our installer's ETA. He also phoned five minutes away. Technical expertise and very thorough, answering our questions and demonstrating use of our new dishwasher.

Guys did a good job. Answered questions and cleaned up.

Great installation but due to an issue with my under-counter area they installed the dishwasher to stick out a it without consulting me first.

The dishwasher was professionally installed. The installer had to run to the hardware store several time to get things needed for the install

I like the way the door clicks when closed & it cleans well but I don’t like that it doesn’t have enough prongs to rest dishes on.

my installer; kwok was great! he updated me to his ETA, was ontime, he was careful unwrapping the dishwasher, cleaned up afterwards. great deposition, he seemed to really enjoy his job...he's been with geek squad for over 10 years!! he's great!!

Best Buy contracted some guys to install my new appliances. They called before they arrived during the 4 hour window. My first dishwasher was defective out of the box so a second guy had to come out a few days later. They were both great.

Even though I returned the dishwasher because I didnt like it, the team that did the installation was very friendly, on time and gave me a brief explanation on how to use it when I asked them.

Came on time and installed my dishwasher quickly. He was very, very nice, friendly, positive and very knowledgeable. I thought I knew all I needed to know about dishwashers (since I've used them for 50-60 years), but he told me things I didn't know.

The two fellas took our old dishwasher and installed the Bosch without a hitch! Our kitchen presented a couple of challenges which they worked through quickly and professionally! Hats off to the crew for a job well done!
