The gentlemen showed up on time and were very efficient. They were knowledgable about the appliance I bought. They gave me a quick “tutorial” so I knew how to use it and products to use with it. Very pleasant to work with.

The technician was very thorough and efficient with the installation. After the setup was complete they took the time to explain any and all questions I may have had.

Although there was some confusion over installation time (Best Buy uses a third party company), it worked out fine. The guys were quick and professional...and even corrected an issue that could have been major! Well done!

I highly recommend letting Best Buy install away yourproducts. Their staff is always extremely,friendly, fast and professional! they even provide a brief tutorial on your product.

Worst installation ever…when he turned the water off under the sink (which was totally empty) it caused a leak that he did not notice till water and starting on our wooden floor quite always. He was struggling with assembly, the insulation you wrap was pulled back and he fought to push dishwasher back in its place. The dishwasher we replaced is the exact same kitchen-aid model and size and it fit fine. It’s still out more than it should be. Since there was a leak he could not test run it. We soaked up towels to get water off the floor. Paid $200 to plumber to repair leak. We had bought a Kitchenaid Refrigerator from you and had the best installers so this was VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Talked to salesman on 4/21 and was told dishwasher was available for install 4/29. Ordered online 4/22 and selected install date of 4/29 as part of the checkout process. Received email 2 days later stating the need to schedule install. At that point 4/29 was not available. Contacted Geek Squad using online chat. Got transferred and subsequently disconnected 2 times. Finally called and was told the item was not in stock, which was wrong as it was confirmed with the salesman and online availability. On 5/1 installer arrived to install the dishwasher, yet it was still not delivered. Called BB and was told that was a mistake on the installers behalf and assured everything was set for 5/2 delivery and install. Received text 7am on 5/2 that installer was on the way. Never showed up. Called BB and was told by 10am. No show at 10:00. Called BB again and was told by 12:00pm. Get text at 2:00pm requesting new schedule date. Called BB AGAIN and was told there were 2 systems, install and delivery and they were not in sync for my order. Finally was installed on 5/6, 2 weeks after order was placed. I looked at other appliance stores on 4/22 and install was 10 days, which was the reason to go with BB. Totally frustrating experience and a waste of my time to call and wait around on the original install date 5/2. Will think twice before ordering an appliance from BB ever again.

The guys did a great job with the installation. Even when the issue came up with the connection that was hard wired for the old dishwasher and this being plug and play. They fitted a plug for us and was very reasonably priced.

My LG dishwasher was installed and on time and worked for 6 months no issues. Then I go the AE error that it wasn't draining properly. Apparently, the Best Buy installer didn't elevate and tie the drain line so it wasn't draining properly, they just propped it up and it fell over time. Fortunately, my dishwasher is under warranty and I wasn't charged.

Two guys in a team came to do the installation. They were being watched by their manager (third guy). All were nice and professional and knew their stuff. Love the product, love the service and love the whole experience

We Love our new dishwasher we have alot of Kitchen Aid stuff and hope the dishwasher worked as well as everything else. It does. All dishes come out clean even when a test bowl with chocolate coating it was ran through, it came out spotless.

Bought a new new dishwasher, which I love, and had it delivered. Guys hauled off my old one and quickly installed my new one. On time, and very professional.

installation was not able to be done by dishwasher installers. We had to install afterwards. If everything is not 100% present and ready to hook up/long enough hose, etc they will not move anything or amend/do more than what it takes to connect the water line.

Pretty good dishwasher. leaves soap streaks on plastic may have to try the powder detergent. Inside tray could be bigger sections,

The same guys installed both dishwasher and microwave. Were contracted out of TX and they were awesome, Nice, friendly, and followed all safety precautions. Demonstrated all features.

The team did it right the first time! It took a while to schedule given the pandemic, but when the day came the install team called in advance and was clean, near, and professional.
