    They arrived when they said they would. Removed the old dishwasher. Installed the new dishwasher. Hauled away the old dishwasher. Very polite and knew what they were doing.

    The installers called ahead of time to let me know they would be late. When they arrived they were courteous and efficient. They got the job done quickly but carefully. I would recommend Best Buy installation services.

    We had a dishwasher delivered and installed. I am being kind giving it 3 stars the delivery men were very nice. However that is where it ends. They obviously did not know how to install the wiring part of it. My husband had to pull it back out and rewire it so it would work.

    I had some initial issues with my install that prevented the technician from completing the job, but he came back the next day with all the parts and did an incredible job. I highly recommend Best Buy and their installers!

    Great service; installed dishwasher 2 days after ordering. Bosch dishwashers are a little weird; fumy controls/ awkward rack design (compared to old Kitchenaid that was replaced)

    Installation of Bosch dishwasher was quick and professional. Spent about 10min preparing the area, removal of old unit, clean up, and then 15min installing néw unit

    The installers were great! The came in, removed the old one, let me clean up underneath, then put the new one in. Made sure it worked before the left. Cleaned up after themselves. They were polite, knowledgeable, and professional.
