Worst installation ever…when he turned the water off under the sink (which was totally empty) it caused a leak that he did not notice till water and starting on our wooden floor quite always. He was struggling with assembly, the insulation you wrap was pulled back and he fought to push dishwasher back in its place. The dishwasher we replaced is the exact same kitchen-aid model and size and it fit fine. It’s still out more than it should be. Since there was a leak he could not test run it. We soaked up towels to get water off the floor. Paid $200 to plumber to repair leak. We had bought a Kitchenaid Refrigerator from you and had the best installers so this was VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Had a free geek install promotion when we purchased our dishwasher. Boy are we glad. Very professional and very good with dealing with our product issues. Recommended doing a replacement and did all the leg work to make it happen

Best Buy's installer was excellent. He provided good communication in terms of when he was going to arrive and did an excellent job. The dishwasher functioned perfectly when the job was completed and there was no mess left.

We purchased the installation kit along with a new dishwasher. Best Buy installers used the kit during installation. They did a good job..

Check your existing unit before you purchase new one. If your current washer is hardwired they will be required by code (in CT anyway) to install an outlet. Very quick and professional.

While I absolutely love this dishwasher and had great customer service from the Best Buy store personnel, the company they used for installation was completely incompetent. It took 3 attempts to get them to deliver and set up the dishwasher.

Timely covid safe dishwasher replacement and haul away. All installers masked and courteous. Got the job done safely while still going over operation with elderly mother.

I had a great experience having my dishwasher installed. They came on time and had my old washer out and new one in very quickly. They even went through and made sure there was no leaks and made sure it worked perfectly before leaving.

Dish washer was installed properly and operation explained by installer. No problems.

I did not know that I would need a whole new electric and plumbing set up in order to install the dishwasher and was caught by surprise with a bill for an additional $300. When I called and complained, I was told that the sales person should have asked the age of my home so I would have known about this, but obviously did not. I would have had to pay it in any case but it shouldn't have been a surprise. Also, because they used an independent delivery company rather than Best Buy delivery I could not use my Best Buy credit card to pay for it. If I used any other card I would be charged a credit card fee, so I had to pay cash for it.

Installer was not a professional and broke our pipes and left us with no water or a installed dishwasher. Dishwasher also arrived damaged and I would like a discount for the amount I paid for a new one. Waited 3 months for payment from claims department for damaged house.

Seems a little smaller and can be tricky to load. The wheels fell off the top rack but I was able to pop it back on, just frustrating.
