While the installation was done correctly, he was over 2 hours late. There was no communication folrom Best Buy. I had to call to get info when he was an hour late, and it took another hour for him to arrive, when i was told he was 'on the way, i was the next stop'

The subcontracted crew of two were quick (about 1/2 hour total) and they were also polite.

The installation group called the night before and cancelled the installation and I had to call to make another appointment.

Very professional installation. There were some obstacles, but they handled them well

They came, hauled away my old dishwasher, and setup the new one. Sadly it didn’t fit but they’re working on that too and are helping me get a new one. Not their fault it didn’t fit which makes their work all the better.

The two techs who installed my dishwasher were very professional. The did a great job removing the old dishwasher, delivering and installing the new dishwasher. If I purchase anymore appliances from Best Buy I hope I get this team again !!

Wonderful service team! However, they were going to report a dent in the back of the dishwasher and we never heard from the sales person.

The install was fine once they finally got here. Supposed to be between 130 and 530. Didnt show up until close to n 7 without a phone call and when following in the app they sat for at least 1/2. Hour at the 7-11 near me. Didnt leave til after 8 pm. Was terrible. Need better communication
