Wonderful service team! However, they were going to report a dent in the back of the dishwasher and we never heard from the sales person.

Installation was excellent. Professional and neat install. Men knew what they were doing and got job done in timely manner. Gave info about the product and even demonstrated how dishwasher operated. Great experience. Well done!

The technician was on time, courteous, and communicated his intent very clearly. I appreciated that he took his time and let me know when an additional part was necessary.

Very professional installation (including all the covid related controls). Took care to not track dirt into the house – and careful about hardwood floors in the kitchen.

Lucky for us the installer found an electrical issue that could have resulted in a fire. We had an electrician come out and fix the issue and the installers came back and did the install (no extra charge for 2 visits).

The installers were polite efficient and stayed true to all health protocols. It makes me confident when I need to replace other appliances that Best Buy is my way to go!

The installers were great. They did a thorough job, answered all my questions and cleaned everything up before leaving.

Installation went reasonably well. We did have to have another installer to make it level.
