The installers were very professional. They knew what they were doing and were in and out quickly, even with having to rewire the connection to the power and making adjustments for custom cabinets.

I ordered a fridge & dishwasher to be delivered, installed with new parts & the old dishwasher taken away, through Best Buy's customer service. The woman was very nice but must have been inexperienced. On delivery day (April 2) I found out that there was no order to install the dishwasher. The installer called Best Buy & another date was scheduled to install the dishwasher. So the boxed dishwasher sat in the middle of my kitchen until April 13th. All of this was very upsetting BUT the delivery/installers were very, very professional, friendly & respectful. The top of the 2 doors of the fridge didn't line up. One door was slightly higher than the other. I hadn't noticed this but family members did so I called for Geek Squad service. Another very professional, friendly, respectful person came but was unable to match the doors perfectly but it's much less noticeable now. I still don't have a receipt for my new appliances so I have one more hoop to jump thru. I am very happy with both appliances it's the struggle & inconvenience that takes one star away. Best Buy sent me a gift card which is their way of saying "sorry" I appreciate the gesture and gift card.

They did a great job in installing the washer. The staff didn't put shoe covers though. They had properly explained and discussed everything i need to know about our new washer. As of now we so not see any issues with the installation of the washer, as i was worried about some negative reviews like leaks and not properly draining.

Purchased dishwasher after weeks of searching and researching the machine, very pleased with it's performance! It was backordered for weeks but well worth the wait. Installation services were fabulous! Technician was very kind, efficient, and took great detail to have it run and look perfect!

Our installer was amazing and knowledgeable. He was prompt, clean and had our dishwasher installed correctly in a short amount of time.

The installer called a day earlier and on the same day and gave us enough notice. He was very courteous and did a very good job removing the old dishwasher and replacing it with the new one. In fact, several technicians from Samsung could not remove the old Samsung dishwasher. He figured out that the leg was stuck a bit and was able to remove it. He tested the new dishwasher, cleaned the area and removed the old junky Samsung dishwasher.

installation was fast and efficient. installers were polite and careful. dishwasher works wonderfully and is so very quiet.

I love my new dishwasher. It is quiet and hold plenty of dishes. The top rack is great for odds and ends.

The installation was great in a timely manner and show me how to work the dishwasher and ran it to sure me it was working perfectly.

We bought the dishwasher to match the refrigerator. The design for both is very stylish and elegant. The dishwasher is extremely silent, lots of options for the washing, does a good job.

The first team sent i would give 0 stars as they started out by taking a smoke break before coming into my smoke free home. Also they wouldn't install because dishwasher was fed from a gfi circuit and not directly wired, even though they installed the first one a 1½ prior. This repair they demanded cost $350 to have completed. The second team (Charles) was excellent and easy to work with and i would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. He went as far to get my approval on the spacing gaps before making final attachment to cabinet. My overall rating is based on both installation teams. The individual rating i based on the second team.

I bought a new dishwasher to replace an old one that was failing, and got installation as well. The installers came on time, wore face masks and gloves. I described some problems with the way the old dishwasher fit, and he explained how that happened, and that the new installation would not have those problems. They took away the old washer, installed the new one, verified it was working properly, and showed me how to use some of the features, answering all my questions. They were gone in about an hour. After a month, the washer is working perfectly. Great job!

At the beginning, we had trouble making an installation appointment. Geek Squad sucked, it was rescheduled 3x before we finally got a real people to install. it took us more than a month after buying the dishwasher to be installed. But, when the installer arrived, it was so quick, installed without flaws. Faster and satisfied.

The installer (Zack) did an outstanding job of installing my new GE Profile dishwasher. He arrived on schedule and was able to make, the required water, drain, and electrical connections in short order. The availability of such excellent installation service is the main reason I like to buy my major appliances at Best Buy.

Very nice looking dishwasher. Is getting my dishes very clean. Very quiet, cannot tell that it is running. Holds a little less dishes than my old one. I am very satisfied.
