Easy to load and operate. Have a little issue as to how the slide outs work. Instructions are long and a little hard to understand. Could do better with accurate instructions and real pictures instead of drawings.

Perfectly good, professional service and friendly.

The installer "JJ" was very friendly and helpful but a hose on the washer was broken and we had to wait 3 more days before he could come back and finish the repair. Part was sent by overnight delivery but JJ was off for two days and I don't know why someone else couldn't have come out to finish the job. Very frustrating to think you are done only to find out it will be another 3 days..

Great! They had to come back because my plumbing wasn't right. I got the plumbing fixed and they came back and did an outstanding job on the install. Very polite too! They did it in 1/4 the time it would have taken me.

The product works well and does an excellent job cleaning dishes. Little noisy but not bad. Dishes came out clean and dry.

The tech crew that installed my dishwasher was very quick and efficient. They arrived at noon and were finished by 12:30. Very professional. Also gave me a quick walk through of how to use the dishwasher.

Installation was by Best Buy and they were very quick and efficient about it, ending with testing to see that all worked correctly, then showed me how to use it.

The installation was done very well by an obviously knowledgeable person. Best Buy made an error at the start in not including the installation in the initial order, but they rectified this problem as quickly as possible.

Arrived within the scheduled time-frame, Did a neat,vworkman-like job, cleaning up the work area after they were done, and finished up by explaining some of the critical things about our new appliance. Couldn’t ask for more than that.

Dishwasher Installation is quick and easy but you have to buy Best Buy dishwasher installation kit
