    The installers are not actually plumbers, but they know how to install a dishwasher. He even suggested re-routing the drain line to be more effective. This is not a project you want to tackle yourself.

    My technician installer was OUTSTANDING! Can't say enough good things about him. Had never seen an appliance hard wired & he reassured me it was the best way to go forward for my product. Did an Excellent job.

    The installers were professionals. They took all the Covid 19 precautions and wore masks through out the installation. The took out the old dishwasher without creating any mess.

    Your installer made a terrible purchase/warranty experience way better. He was great, I would recommend him to anyone. Best Buy overall or Sam Sung not so much!

    Best Buy's customer service and installation crew are amazing. I discovered a defect in my new dishwasher a couple of hours after it was installed. Called Best Buy and they ordered a new machine and scheduled installation right away.
