Very pleased with the installation. Josh was knowledgeable, amiable and patiently answered all my queries regarding our new dishwasher. They arrived on time, and Josh even notified us when they were on the way.

The 2 gentlemen that came to my home and installed the dishwasher were excellent. They explained what they were doing, didn't make a big mess, and cleaned up all the boxes/garbage before they left. Very good experience!

Great service, professional installation and very helpful about answering questions

Original Viking Dishwasher came with a broken roller inside and the bottom front was not aligned. We had them take it back and order a replacement. The next dishwasher was fine but the installation not so good. Not level and door is sticking. My husband will have to make adjustments. When I told the installer at the time , he told me if I didn’t like it to call and have another delivered!

Only thing keeping this from Excellent was the scheduling options, had to pick odd hours for me to get it done sooner.

Dishwasher was out of stock, so delivery was not necessary. However other products installation were completed to my satisfaction.

I did shop around and was shocked at all the info I picked up from other stores. Everything from pulling permits to preliminary inspections TO INSTALL A DISHWASHER???? Thank God for Best Buy. It's a Jungle out there!!!

This dishwasher looks beautiful, but does not serve the purpose. You must hand wash your dishes before using dishwasher. It leaves the dirt on your dishes. Basically a good item to sanitize pre washed dishes. But this is not a family friendly appliance, I am disappointed but still keeping it because I don't cook much. Not recommended.

Happy overall with the product. The interior configuration is a little awkward and takes some getting used to.

2 young man did the install. Polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Explained new dishwasher operation. Wore their mask and socially distanced during entire install.

The guy that installed our dishwasher was really diligent in making sure everything was hooked up correctly. He also took pains to make sure there was no leaking and he spent extra time explaining the operation.

Installed my dishwasher flawlessly--also knew everything about the appliance so was able to give me a crass course on all its advanced features. The installation price also pretty much matched what my local plumber could do.

The installation team is on time and profession. Additional charge applies beyond basic service and may become pricy.
