This was a reinstall of a new dishwasher as the incorrect dishwasher was delivered and installed. The crew was prompt and did a quick swap of dishwashers, but had to come out again a few days later as their was a small leak and water got underneath the laminate flooring. Their repair corrected the problem and all is working well.

Fine once they brought the right part. Love the inside the door water pitcher.

I like people who come in to install that know exactly what they are doing. These guys did and took just about ten minutes to get everything accomplished.

The installer knew his business and didn’t fool around. He was obviously very skilled and took the time to explain both what he was doing and how to best operate the device.

the installation was not a easy one , the first installer from the Geek Squad said he could not do the install because he could not see the pipes , i got my handyman to take the kick panel off the cabinet to expose the pipe then i called and rescheduled , the second one came and said he saw discoloration on the shut off valve and could not do the installation because of it i told him that i had just had lines above the shutoff replaced due to leakage and that line has dripped water down on the valve , he refused to do the installation because he said the valve was leaking , i then had my handyman bypass the valve and disconnect the valve , finally the 3rd repair man did the installation 1 and a half months after they delivered the dish washer finally it got installed , it seemed like all the installers were afraid to touch anything if it was used or discolored pipes.

I have had a lot of appliances installed, but the speed and expertise of this gentleman was amazing. I really appreciated it!

Guys were very nice, cleanly, knew what they were doing, explained everything to me prior to installation, allowed me a few moments to clean up behind the dishwasher. VERY professional. HIGHLY recommend these guys!

The installer communicated his expected arrival time, arrived at that time, and did a great job installing the dishwasher efficiently and left no mess. Hauled away old dishwasher. Highly recommend.
