The installer kept us posted on the install and pointed out recommendations.

The team did a better than expected job. The old dishwasher was a bear to remove, but the team accomplished the task and made the installation awesome.

Installer 1st delivery attempt which came in damaged was great he noticed the damage and brought it to my attention. The second installer were equally as nice and professional. Did a good installation job.

The guys did a very thorough and careful job installing the dishwasher. We were very pleased.

The installers were very nice; however, my dishwasher was not installed correctly, of which the installer acknowledged before leaving. I then proceeded to tolerate the wiggling and banging around in the dedicated under cabinet nook. This has now destroyed the top corner of my dishwasher as well as the lower door hinge. I then failed to call and request this to be corrected within the 90-day period that I apparently had to call about it, and of which I was not aware of (but yes, maybe I should have taken all the time to read all that small print) (and yes, maybe I should have not tolerated it for 90 days + 25 days more, but have lots of excuses why, of course). Called Best Buy today, they said they were going to charge me now, and then followed up with we cannot come out until Mar 2021 and that I should call (and pay) someone else to fix their poor installation services.

Since I had a Sears team member come out before this installer I can quite honestly compare. Best buy installer was so knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. He really knows his trade. Very impressed!!

Typical Geek Squad service...EXCELLENT...I noticed after the installer left that dishwasher was not in completely straight (keep in mind I'm OCD), but I called installer & he came back out & fixed problem in two seconds

My hubby got off work early just to be there for the delivery; but no one showed up. So we had to reschedule for the next day after waiting a week and a half for the first appointment. 2nd appointment went as scheduled. The installer was pleasant and was able to install the new dishwasher in a timely manner. Good job to him! He was not BestBuy’s ususal Company to install appliances.

The installers who installed our new dishwasher were very professional. They came in and got the job done and were very friendly and courteous. My kitchen was left clean and spotless just the way they found it when they arrived.

Dishwasher Installation went very well, the installers checked the water connections at least 3 times making sure everything was water tight.
