GSC was sent to my house to install a dishwasher that I bought through Best Buy. I was under the impression that I was purchasing installation from a Best Buy representative but they sub-contract these jobs. The installers arrived on time and proceeded to remove my old dishwasher. Once they had loaded my old dishwasher on the truck, they informed me that they couldn't install my dishwasher because it was hard-wired. They said you can't hardwire any new dishwashers and they must be plugged into an outlet. If that is the case, then why does the manual state that you can wire it either way and provides instructions for both? Why did Whirpool tell me that you can absolutely hardwire their dishwashers? They said that the only way they would install it is if I paid an additional $200 for them to install an outlet on the end of the old hardwire cable. If I didn't agree, they wouldn't install the new dishwasher and wouldn't reinstall the old one. After I agreed to pay them, they told me that I needed a new shutoff valve because the old one was leaking. That is absolutely not the case. Any water that leaked came from the outlet when the hoses were disconnected. A new shutoff valve was going to cost $150. Again...pay or we walk away. Against my better judgment, I agreed thinking that I was going to have a professionally connected shutoff valve. Instead, I got a $12 Shark Bite valve. Plumbers don't recommend this outside of emergencies, as they don't last as long as brass fixtures that have been soldered. For $150, I should have received this. This company is terrible and you should definitely consider just installing your dishwasher on your own. It might take you a couple of hours more but you won't go to bed feeling that you were scammed. Unfortunately, Best Buy did nothing to rectify this issue. Their response was "you agreed to let them do it." I didn't feel I had any choice. My old dishwasher was gone and they refused to install the new one and they were pressuring me for an answer. That may have been my mistake in agreeing but that will never happen again.

The delivery is on time and the installation is fast and good. Although they charged $90 to replace the air gap.

The team that installed my dishwasher were a nice group of guys. They did an excellent job and were very careful to clean up after themselves. They gave us a tutorial on how to use the dishwasher. Highly recommend them.

The installer was wonderful! He even attached my diswasher to my cabinets to prevent damage caused by a rocking dishwasher. Great guy!

Samsung dishwasher, installation was fast, people were pleasant and work done professionally. Would not go anywhere else for appliance purchase or installation.

They got the job done! Seriously there were some problems due to a prior installation years ago and they stayed till it was done and done correctly this time.

My dishwasher was never installed so to the fact the water needed to be shut off as the valve was stuck..Made a plan to have them return with the plumber they never showed up..I had to pay a plumber over 300 dollars to hook up and haul away..So I won’t buy appliances here again to quickly.

So glad I had Best Buy install my new dishwasher. I watched the complete installation and it was much harder than I thought, but the technician did a great job. Glad I decided against doing it myself.

The Best Buy team did a fantastic job on installing my dishwasher. The were some issues with fitting in it and balancing it but they stuck through it and made it work. Thank You
