The team that came out to install our new dishwasher was knowledgeable and very professional. They picked up after themselves and were very quick.

We have a unique space with tile overhang, so size was a factor/issue. Not for our Geek Squad Install Guru! Custom fit, no mess, no damage, just perfect! This is the only place I will shop going forward for appliances!

Guys were friendly and offered additional services, like installing a shut of valve, if you didn't already have one.

When my dishwasher finally got here the install went smoothly. The delivery company is another matter.

They were able to rectify a complicated installation issue. Unfortunately, they charge more than I expected.

Installer was unable to install dishwasher due to the unorthodox installation of the previous dishwasher. We can understand why the installer was unable to proceed. However we were able to hire someone else to do the install with the present situation.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. The installer showed us several of the wash cycle options and demonstrated that it was working properly.

Kevin and Phillip were absolutely fabulous. On time, kept me informed the entire time. Installation was quick. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I could not be more pleased!

Got the install "free" but was rather annoyed that I was required to purchase the parts from Best Buy, making installation NOT free. That said, the installers were better than I expected and they did a good job keeping the install and our house clean. In the future I will probably not select "free" install since its easy to do and I won't have to purchase something from Best Buy to do it.

The installer was able to correct a problem with the air gap. He then gave us instruction on adjusting the interior and the myriad washing cycles. So far we've been happy with just pressing power and start.

Installation was great ! Guys were kind. Quick. Knowledgeable and respectful. Great great company !!! Tim very little time . Double checked everything .
