The installer did a fine job. He was quick and left my kitchen the way he found it.

The two technicians who removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one (Nicholas and Vernon) were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and courteous. They made the whole process a pleasure. Imagine!

Courteous, prompt and competent installation of our new Kitchenaide dishwasher and haul away of the old one. So glad we had it professionally installed rather than attempting to do it ourselves.

Best buy did a nice job installation our new dishwasher. Person with nice and informative. Everything went smooth. The only thing I did not like was having to pay to get the old dishwasher removed - but it had to be done.

I gave four stars because the first time installation went wrong but when they came out the second time they did a good job!

The 3rd party installation team (Adkins) did a fantastic job with the install. They arrived on time and were very efficient getting the appliances switched out.

The two men who performed the installation were very nice but that’s where it stops. 1st - Drain hose connection to the disposal began leaking. Ended up taking off and reattaching. 2nd- Dishwasher wasn’t positioned properly and wasn’t flush with the cabinets by at least an inch. Had to pull out, reposition, and re-level. 3rd - The tabs the attach to the bottom of the counter top were never secured. The installer even borrowed my drill bit to set new holes. All in all, I should have done the work myself and kept the install fee. Thought it would have saved me time but not worth the trouble. I hope the installer enjoys the pliers they borrowed from me and never returned!
