The dishwasher does well as long as you use a rinse product. The manual for the unit is too abbreviated.

Usually I do all my own installs, but this time I used the Best Buy Installation program as we bought all new appliances. The install crew were professional, polite, and a friendly. The whole installation went perfectly.

The Geek Squad tech showed up on time, did the install, showed me how everything worked (& answered all my questions) and then hauled away the old unit. What more could a customer ask for! Did a great job!

During my installation, the installer broke my water line. I was told to pay for the fix and I would be reimbursed. Then it turned into…”we can only reimburse you if an insurance adjuster comes out.” The repair cost me $500. I have never had an insurance adjuster come, I’ve never had a follow up call, and can never get through to customer service. I want my $500 reimbursed but it seems even though Best Buy is worth billions, shelling out the $500 repair for a mistake THEY made is just too much on the purse strings. I will never recommend people buy appliances through Best Buy.

The installer communicated when he would be here, and he was right on time. Told me it would take between 1 1/2 and 2 hours, it took just over 1 hour. Cleaned up what little mess he made, and tested the machine. Perfect.
