The guys did a great job. They were efficient and neat.

The installers were polite and kept me updated on arrival time. They did their job, checked to be sure everything worked properly and gave me a quick demonstration.

Two very nice young men showed up on time with the correct item and had it installed in under half hour - maybe even 15 minutes.

The dishwasher is working great but The Service was horrible from your first delivery person. He left after the Ritz was moving a truck so he could get in. He didn’t call me until he was gone and he would not come back. It still shows on my account that it has not been delivered. After talking with at least 5 geek squad and customer service people and many promises, it was finally delivered and installed. What a nightmare. Thank you for the last couple of customer service people for helping to get this done. They should get stars. The first few were horrible, especially the geek squad guy I talked to initially. Yikes.

The installer was very nice and very quick. I don't know who the guy was that shadowed him but he seemed to be distracting. However, he went about his business and got the job done. Thanx!

I love my new Thermador dishwasher. It cost more than the standard ones but wow does it clean nice.

I have no idea what has gone wrong with the installation which I had Best Buy installers take care of. The dishwasher still works but sits cock eyed and can be wiggled. Installers due back again on Monday.

Two gents came to install dishwasher into existing spot. We had done some of the excavation work so it was very quick and clean job. They were here for 30 min and did a great job with the installation!

Good dishwasher but it has cuts in the stainless material. Rep is coming out to fix it.
