We bought the unit because of the size capacity and the price. The color was 'right', but stainless is dominant. It is more expensive to order a cream dishwasher. This dishwasher sounds different, but once we got used to the sounds, it was the quietest unit we ever purchased. It helped to use Finish soap cubes and Finish brand rinse. We couldn't tell if it was breaking down or if the circuit board (?) ever worked properly: after a few weeks, unfortunately, the unit does not respond to even the start button. Would HIGHLY recommend that future consumers buy the Geek Squad warranty, as things like this are covered. We did. Yet we are still completely inconvenienced and at the mercy of the repair appointment and are considering returning it. Another negative to paying for something like this in full: you're at the mercy of the repair company... :' ( Hoping this works out for us...tbc

The two installers showed up we within the time frame given. The installed the dishwasher very quickly and properly with guards to avoid damaging the kitchen floor. They cleaned up afterwards.

The gentlemen installed the dishwasher very quickly. They were very courteous and helpful during the installation. They also gave me enough time to clean and oil the cabinet before putting in the new one.

the guys that installed my dishwasher were nice and got it in fast and answered my question.

The window for the install time was a half day. The installer called a few minutes after the end of the rundown and arrived about thirty minutes later. I had already called the store inquiring when he would arrive. Although the primary installer was not overly friendly the job was accomplished fairly quickly. I would recommend the service if you are unable to do it yourself.

Installers were easy to work and had a good attitudes. Focused on the work and completed it without issues.
