Quick and easy install. The guy was on time and left my kitchen fairly clean.

The Bosch dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes when it went through all the cycles. The soap dispenser sometimes doesn't open and leaves the dishes dirty. The dishwasher needs to stay open after the cycle so the dishes to get dry. I would like to exchange it f I r a KitchAid.

I got called the night before with a 2 hour window. They called again when they were on their way. Were very careful taking away the old unit and putting in the new one. Outstanding job!

Installation was great!! Very competent, friendly men. They showed up on scheduled time, took away any boxes, old dishwasher and showed us our new dishwasher.

There was a law change the day our dishwasher was supposed to be installed. The plumber was no longer allowed to terminate the electrical plug for the dishwasher. This resulted in an additional week of waiting time as we navigated through many phone calls with Best Buy and the installers. That part was frustrating, but in the end the work was good and the installers were easy to work with.
