I am told this was as expected.We had it installed n a rental house and they said things worked out well.

Had problems both with scheduling and with an incompentant installer beng sent for first attempt. The problem seemed to center around the third party installer. The appliance manager at the store did work hard to resolve the issue well enough that I would not only buy from Best Buy again but would also give their instalation another shot.

Frequent updates about the time and date of install. Called when they were on the way. They did everything that was needed and left the area clean when they were done. Friendly and professional.

The two men who installed my wonderful new dishwasher were superb! They were helpful; gave me great instructions and cleaned everything up beautifully! I could not give them a higher rating!

Having the Geek Squad install our new dishwasher was the best investment. It only took them about 40 minutes from start to end and the gave me alot of great information about the dishwasher.

The technician did a great job, he was polite, arrived on time, did the install and went over the features of the dishwasher. Cleaned up before he left, well worth it to have it installed.
