The "geek" squad contractor was prompt and installed the dishwasher in record time. Gave us a quick run down on how to use it. Filled the rinse aid and verified that it was working. Great team.

The two people providing delivery, installation and haul away of old dishwasher did an excellent job.

I was forced to pay the installer directly to install a new outlet. They stated the Best Buy site was down so to send money via cash app, Venmo or Zelle. Shady business with their contractors.

1- dishwasher doesn't have an indicator that a load is done ;it just turns off. 2- poor ability to dry items especially plastic 3- complex setting options with no way to know what the serious are unless you go through the setup 4-setup of docent features is organized by code, therefore you have to have the catalogue next to you as a reference to decipher the codes.

Dishwasher was delivered and installed by a 3rd party that Bestbuy hired. The dishwasher worked but one key feature didn’t. The “auto air” feature that automatically opens the washer door at the end of they drying cycle would never work. After some research I read that it is probably an installation issue. Hade to call Bosch and get one of there technicians out (a month after installation) and he indeed confirmed that it wasn’t installed correctly causing the feature to not operate since it wasn’t installed correctly. Bosch technician corrected the issue and now the feature works. The Best Buy installation guys were nice and professional but they didn’t install the device correctly.

IT IS NICE THAT THEY CAN DELIVER AND INSTALL AT THE SAME TIME. THAT IT IS DONE ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
