    All installation men should wear shoe covers and these gentlemen did not. They also didn’t take the plug out of my garbage disposal which means my new dishwasher was not able to drain. We had to take the garbage disposal off and get the plug out and then re-insert the tube for the dishwasher before my dishwasher could be used

    BB contracted out the installation to a local appliance guy who was awesome - polite, funny and full of advice on how to keep it working as long as possible.

    installation of the dishwasher went okay. When other products have been delivered and installed, Best Buy normally sends a two man team which seems to work smoothly and quickly. This time however, there was only a contract person.

    I was very happy with our installer. He mentioned that our old installation of our old Bosch was not the way Bosch would have wanted. He was able to reroute the piping through one of our cabinets. Perfect.

    Installers damaged the woodwork of the kitchen cabinet surrounding the dishwasher. Other problems were not their fault: The tubing was much too short for the distance between the washer and the water outlet beneath the kitchen sink. So I had to go to a local hardwares store and purchase other tubing. Which made the installation take a lot of time and probably caused the workers to rush, causing the damage.
