My delivery got delayed a couple of times, but both times were for very understandable reasons. I was also informed right away, then prompted to reschedule both times. The guys who delivered my dishwasher were very kind and kept me informed on the fact that they were running a bit behind on the day of delivery. They promptly set up my dishwasher, and were informative and helpful! Thank you!

The 2-person installer team was excellent. They took their time and did the job right. I watched them work at getting the dishwasher perfectly centered and level in the opening. I would recommend Jason and his partner.

Great service! Best Buy has great customer service. The install guy even showed us how to use the product.

Delivery and install was wonderful. The gentleman spent plenty of time showing me how to operate the dishwasher. He didn't do a quick install and leave me hanging. He covered everything about the dishwasher.

Freddie did an excellent install on the dishwasher. He made sure all the water lines were out of the way and neat. He made sure the front was level and straight. Excellent job and I would recommend him to everyone.

In just over o ne hour they took out our old dishwasher and installed the new one. Good job.

The guy’s were very good, the charge $120.00 extra was expensive for outlet it should be included with the whole deal. Dishwasher looks good.

I love the dishwasher it is quiet and very spacious.. the only defect it has ... it doesn't dry the dishes all the way!

So far, this Bosch dishwasher is doing a great job of washing the diches, and is so quiet that the only sounds we hear is the water going down the drain... Looks good, works great, easy to load... What's not to like???

We did quite a bit of research before deciding on a new dishwasher. After reading reviews, we had narrowed our choice down to either a Bosch or a Kitchenaid. The fact that this Kitchenaid (Model KDFE104DSS) had the heated dry was what really helped us to decide, especially since our previous dishwasher (an LG) did not, and the water remaining at the end of the cycle caused a smell in our dishwasher. We like the way this dishwasher looks, the way the racks are designed for plates and silverware, and especially how quiet it is. There is no need to set the dishwasher on a delay to dry it later when the noise won't bother you because there is almost nothing to hear! Kitchenaid also has a very good reputation for consumer satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Quiet machine, actual easy to press buttons. Love the stainless finish. LOVE IT. Unrelated to Best Buy, yet they subcontracted who subcontracted 2 guys who then took 2.75 hours to finally install. They said they'd leave because we questioned their odd price for the 2 required permits. Our fair city only required one for plumbing. We called for the actual cost. We should have let them leave and hire our own plumber. And in actuality, I highly doubt either guy was a plumber. Likely installers. Will never buy another thing from BB. Most likely will buy from Grand Appliance. Our neighbor's only took .5 hours.

They did a great job, even connecting our dishwasher, which was in the floor, correctly.

I have made a complaint on the phone as well. I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and selected their installation service, which was outsourced to Envision Contracting. I had already paid a flat fee upfront for what was supposed to be a straightforward installation, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The installer showed up unexpectedly and immediately started pressuring me to proceed, even though I expressed concerns. They then sprung an extra $250 charge on me out of nowhere—nothing about this was disclosed beforehand in any quotes, emails, or discussions. When I objected, they outright refused to complete the installation unless I paid the additional amount right then, essentially holding the job hostage under duress. To add insult to injury, the installer didn't even come prepared with basic tools and supplies. They ended up using my own towels, flashlight, and other household items because they lacked the necessary equipment. Despite the flat fee I paid, I felt completely ripped off with these hidden costs and lack of professionalism. Envision Contracting offered no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution afterward and neither did Best Buy. They offered $50 back as if that would restore my faith in their brand. This has shattered my confidence in Best Buy's partnered services. Opt for a reliable provider to avoid this kind of coercive, unprepared, and costly ordeal.

The Geek Squad did a very good job. They first removed our old built-in dishwasher without incident. Then they installed the new Kitchenaid dishwasher we bought at Best Buy. There were 2 guys, the main installer & a helper. They were professional & knowledgeable. There was a slight problem, but it was quickly remedied. After the installation, they provided instructions on the different wash settings, etc. and provided the new dishwasher paperwork.

My new KitchenAid dishwasher is amazing. Roomy, well-made, super quiet, and very effective at cleaning all of my dishes, silverware, and glassware. So nice to have a well-made, high-functioning kitchen appliance!

The install was done quickly and properly. Would use again.

Weather interfered with the dishwasher through no fault of the installer. When the installer arrived, the install was done professionally, politely, and promptly.

The first team sent i would give 0 stars as they started out by taking a smoke break before coming into my smoke free home. Also they wouldn't install because dishwasher was fed from a gfi circuit and not directly wired, even though they installed the first one a 1½ prior. This repair they demanded cost $350 to have completed. The second team (Charles) was excellent and easy to work with and i would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. He went as far to get my approval on the spacing gaps before making final attachment to cabinet. My overall rating is based on both installation teams. The individual rating i based on the second team.
