Installer was on time, very polite and new what he was doing. Took way less time then I expected. Cleaned everything up and carried the old machine off.

They arrived on time and were very professional during the installation process. They answered all of our questions. Cleaned up all the extra boxes, etc.

Installation was fast and easy. They were nice and explained how to use machine and who to contact if we have problems.

These folks had our old d/w out and new one one in no time. ALWAYS opt for this option even if you have to pay for it. Fortunately this was included in the price of our Bosch

Great job....I had him hang the electrical box instead of just leaving in on the floor....also he repositioned the drain hose higher so it doesn’t retain water in it like it did before.....

Very competent and efficient in the installation of the dishwasher

The installer was hurried from the moment he arrived. I think we were the first installation of the day, so that could account for why he was rushing. There is a cabinet void between the water connection and the dishwasher placement. The installer stated that he would have to make a hole big enough for his hand to fit in so he could run the hose through the cabinet void. My husband said this could have been solved simply by attaching a wire to the hose before it was pulled out and then used to feed the new one back through. Instead the guy used a small bit to make a bigger irregular hole in the cabinet. Ugh! Waiting nearby I heard him whisper to his helper, "I broke it." Needless to say the experience was not good. In the end the dishwasher worked, although not totally even with the counter.
