Installation went well. Noticed the top shelf slider was not on right. Immediately ordered a new one & scheduled a time for it to be repaired. Also went over the running of the dishwasher.

Being the third install, it was definitely the better of all three. These guys stuck around to make sure it was installed and running correctly before leaving.

Since my dishwasher is installed it must work just fine.

The dishwasher installation when great, the installers were on time, professional and took time to explain the features of the unit to me.

They came in and installed a dishwasher. They did have to drill a hole in the cabinet, and they did not clean after themselves. Left small dent on dishwasher, which best buy returned and replaced it.

Installer was prompt, and on time, cleaned up after himself, and best of all - LG had a Free Install / NC on this model at time ordered

Was super easy and convenient, overall it’s not a difficult installation but it’s good to know it was installed without any issues especially since you don’t want to deal with a water leak

Unfortunately, my experience with the dishwasher installation team was far from satisfactory. While the delivery was on time, the installation process quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. The team informed me that they would need an additional $450 to run the existing drain line, which was completely unexpected. This charge felt unreasonable, especially since I had already paid for the installation service, and the drain line was functional prior to their visit. They didn’t offer any alternative solutions or proper explanations, leaving me feeling cornered into paying more. I expect transparency and fair pricing when it comes to installation services, and this experience fell short. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their practices and communicate costs upfront.
