We went with Best Buy because the installation was cheaper, now we know why. Delivery time was supposed to be between 7 am-1 pm. The night before we got an email narrowing it down to 9:30-11:30am. At 1pm we turned to the app to try and find out if they were still coming. The order status was still 'preparing'. The chat service said it was the fastest way to get help but disconnected me twice after 15 minutes each time. I had to call in to support 3 times because they kept disconnecting me and couldn't get ahold of the driver. Finally, the installers showed up without any other communication a little before 4. I then figured out the lack of communication because I don't think they could speak English. Not very well at least. We hoped that it was finally over and we'd be set. But it was worse after they got here. They took forever to install the dishwasher, made a huge mess coming in and out my door (which they didn't clean up before they left). They unhooked my sink and didn't tell me, so I used the sink and the water went all over and leaked down to my basement and warped my boards under the sink. They could have told me, they were there right by my sink, but didn't say a thing. I had to clean that up too. When they were 'done' they called me in to inspect. It was tilted and leaning forward like crazy. The top was easily tilted 4 inches forward. It wasn't attached to the cabinets and opening the door nearly tipped it over. I noticed they hadn't put the baseplate on, but he was still holding it so I figured they wanted me to see underneath. I said, "go ahead and put the baseplate on now" but he just looked at me and said, "Oh, it didn't have one"... and the other guy was standing right there holding it!!! I said, "that is the baseplate" just in time because he was putting it in a trashbag. I showed him where it goes and explained that it keeps stuff from going under the dishwasher. He said, "oh... ok" and put it on and I stopped caring. I just wanted them gone. After they left I further fixed the tilt because they only partially fixed it. They only screwed in one side of the dishwasher so it swung back and forth and I had to attach the other side. The hose under the sink was left low and I pulled it up to handle backwash. Basically... I learned my lesson. Paying more for installation or do it myself.

100% worth the price for the Install. Just make sure the team has all the parts before they start the project that's the only thing we ran into.

They explained operation of unit and we cannot use it thill we get the counter tops. But once again we bought a unit with more features then we realized.

The appliance is very easy to install, looks very modern, very classy look. It fits beautifully in the kitchen along with the other Samsung appliances

The installers were completely incompetent. The first duo sent out were unable to complete the install. They stated I needed a special top cross bracket that they didn't have because I had granite countertops. They said the best they could do was note the issue, try to order the part, and come back in a week. Apparently nothing was noted, as I called back mid-next-week, and the guy that took my call said there were no notes in my file. I got another install scheduled for the following weekend, but I never got a confirmation email or anything that acknowledged the original problem and the proposed remedy. Finally, the night before the next appointment, a different guy called me and said he would be coming out. He said the bracket wasn't necessary. When he showed up the next day, he bad mouthed the first installer and said the guy was incompetent. The second guy got the dishwasher installed, although between the two install appointments, I did get dents and nicks in the wood around the dishwasher, which haven't been acknowledged by Best Buy or remedied. Also, this is supposed to be a very high end IOT-enabled dishwasher, but despite multiple attempts to connect it to the app, it's failed. Very dissatisfied.

Very professional, friendly and competent. Had to come out a second time to complete the installation because of a minor plumbing connection issue. No additional charge and got the job done right!

Installation of a Bosch dishwasher. Initial install was slated for April 23rd. Best Buy subcontracted install to (name redacted). We awaited team until late in the day. They did not come and online notice rescheduled the install forward one week to April 30th. Team arrived that day and during installation broke the under sink water shutoff valve/pipe. Water ran for approx. 20 minutes before we could shut it off. Water flooded the kitchen hardwood floors and ran downstairs via inner walls flooding a bedroom and laundry room area which had newly installed CoreTech composite floors. Installers did not help to clean up the water and left without installing the dishwasher. First Best Buy geek squad service rep gave us the number of their liability carrier. Second contact GS rep said they were obligated to submit the claim on our behalf and said she would do so. After ten days, not hearing from insurer, we called again and the third rep had no record of our prior calls nor the claims submission. Fourth contact rep said we had to contact BB insurance carrier directly. Liability insurer is now working with us and has been professional about the matter. Subcontractor denied damage responsibility initially.....though later said he would work with us (unspecified). Water mitigation expense, plumber and repair reimbursement costs are not known presently. One downstairs floor area has developed bad mildew/mold stench within the drywall. Flooring (so far) appears to have sustained only minor damage. Now approaching one month with unit still not installed, no clear agreement to reimburse damage expenses sustained nor has BB processed multiple requests for installation charges refund. Resolution is TBD. BB reps could assist customers with knowledge of consistent policies and procedures for such mishaps and follow through with promised action/ support. Damage fault lies with subcontracted installer not with Best Buy per se.
