... and Best Buy didn’t respect it. First, after requesting time off from work, they bumped our installation from Thursday to Friday without even calling (personally) to ensure that was okay. Then they gave a timeframe of 12-4 for the installation. Took off (again) and waited. Got a call @2:15 that they had a big appointment and would be a while. Fine. At 6:15 nobody had called or arrived. Tried calling delivery guys - no luck. Started calling Best Buy which, after explaining to one guy, led to an infinite hold loop. Delivery guys called @6:30 saying they had just wrapped up and were on their way. An hour later, not here yet. At 7:30 they called to say they were held up and would be there soon. They FINALLY arrived at 8:30PM (!!) to do the installation!! The job was clean and well done, and delivery guys were apologetic. When B.B. called to see how it was working, they didn’t seem to want to hear this. Not what one should expect for $140.

GE didn't fit so we went with a Bosch. Perfect fit, Excellent service

Wish they would have installed my washer correctly the first time. They did install and checkout and left. I was reviewing the installation instructions and realized they did not finish installing the trim pieces. Unit was delivered and installed on 5/18. GE repairman came 6/16 to install the trim pieces. These 3rd party installers are not professionals in my opinion and just want to get in and out as quickly as they can. They have no idea what some of the items in the box are for. DO NOT PAY FOR BEST BUY INSTALLATION

Team did a great job. Especially the woman who was a trainee, but who was proactive and very wise about the dishwasher operations features.

We were looking for a Bosch dishwasher, and we got the model we wanted installed when we wanted. Win, win.

The installer Chris did a superb job removing our old dishwasher and installing the new one. He is excellent and highly recommended.
