Had my dishwasher installed by a two man Best Buy, crew they were fast and they carted off my old unit, they were also very neat.

I will admit that I was a bit hesitant in purchasing from a 'big box' store, but I will also admit that the installer was so nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate the next time.

Installation was fast and easy. Very polite and respectful and followed all cover guidelines when installing the product.

The professional installation for our Kitchen-aid dishwasher was included free with the dishwasher purchase. Although we had some issues with scheduling, the installation was completed well.

We set a date for the dishwasher to be delivered and installed at the time of purchase. Delivery date was 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Was asked if I preferred 8 to 12 or 1 to 5. I choose 8 to 12. I was told I would receive a call approximately 30 minutes before they arrived at my home. I took off from work that morning. Never received a call and no one ever showed up. I went to work that afternoon. About 3:00 I received a call from the delivery/installation truck informing me they were sitting in front of my house. They seemed really inconvenienced when I told them it would take 15 minutes for me to get there. Keep in mind they did not come during the time scheduled and when they did come they never called to let me know they were on the way. When I mentioned they were supposed to come between 8 and 12 they responded with "I don't know why they give those times out". We love Best Buy, but this process needs major attention.

Professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable installers. Made sure everything was working properly. Cleaned up after themselves.

Not sure why Best Buy sent this this to rate. It seems that they would actually want the product delivered before asking for a review. At Beat Buy the left hand never seems to know what the right iis doing and different departments are pitted against one another.

Installers were on time, neat, careful, knowledgeable, polite, quick, and gave me a nice introduction to operating the machine to get me started. And it was free with purchase!
