The installer was friendly, courteous and did an excellent job. He took the time needed to level the dishwasher in spite of an uneven floor. He checked for leaks and cleaned-up after completion. Great job.

The installation was done quickly and correctly with no complications.

Best Buy uses a terrible outside company for installations called Premier Logistics. They are untrustworthy and unqualified. When they arrived to install this dishwasher first they claimed I needed to buy their install package (hoses, etc) for around $50 even though I had already bought one from Best Buy at the time I purchased the dishwasher (costing somewhere between $30-50 as well). The install team then complained about the placement of the dishwasher saying it was too far from the sink and that it really should be a foot or two closer. I then agreed to buy their “longer” hose since it felt like they had me at gunpoint and wouldn’t do the install unless I agreed. They then claimed that the water shut off valves under the sink weren’t good and would make it impossible to install the dishwasher… but they would be willing to replace the shut off valves for around $200. I knew this to be a complete and utter lie as I had used the water shut off valves multiple times in the past week to turn off the water to the old dishwasher to determine that we needed a new one. I also had a guy out to look at the old dishwasher who also had used the shutoff valves. There was absolutely nothing wrong with these valves and I have used them many times since to turn off the water so I could do other repairs to the sink and refrigerator. There was absolutely no problem at all with the valves and this was simply the Premier Logistics guys trying to scam extra money during the install from my elderly parents. Once I refused to replace the valves they said they’d “try to do the install” but weren’t sure how it would go. After they finished the install and left I attempted to do a load of dishes. The dishwasher immediately started leaking and flooding the kitchen. I called Premier Logistics and immediately complained. At first they tried to schedule an appointment several days later but I demanded they come back that day. Several hours later the Premier Logistics showed back up and seemed a bit annoyed to be here again. Once they started taking things a part the one installer admitted they used the wrong size hose (this would be the hose they forced me to buy from them before they would start the installation). I then asked the installer if we should dry out the area under the dishwasher since it had just been flooded to which he responded “uh…you could…it’s not really a big deal”. So he changed the hose, put the dishwasher back in place and didn’t dry anything not even with a rag or towel. I made him stay well into a dishwashing cycle this time before I let him leave. I believe it was the next day I got a call either from Best Buy or Premier Logistics asking “how did we do?” at which point I unloaded about how I had been charged extra money for a 2nd install package, the attempted scam of the valves, the flooding of the kitchen, and the overall bad attitude. Not long after this call I got called by the installer multiple times (probably 5 calls). I don’t know if he was calling to apologize. I don’t know if he was calling because he was mad I gave him a bad review. I had nothing to say to him at that point. On top of all this, it turns out they did a bad job of physically installing the dishwasher. The door kept having trouble latching properly until I took out 2 screws that the installers had used to fasten the dishwasher to the counter. Now the door has no problem at all. This was my 2nd experience with Premier Logistics. They had installed an over the stove microwave (also from Best Buy) a year earlier and also sent an incompetent team out for that. During that install one of the installers cut himself and bled all over my kitchen. Premier Logistics are a bunch of shady unqualified clowns. Before you buy anything from Best Buy, check to see if Premier Logistics will be involved in any way (delivery, installation, etc.) and if so look somewhere else.

This is our first new dishwasher since we bought our house in 1991! Hopefully this one will last equally as long. The installation went well and he even gave us a crash course in operating the dishwasher. So far it has done very well, although it takes longer than our old one, as it goes through a sanitation cycle as well. I used to have to pre-clean the dishes before washing in our old one, but no need with the new one. I checked Consumer Reports before we purchased this dishwasher and they recommended it as their "Best Buy". No pun intended. So all in all we have been very pleased with our new Bosch dishwasher. Oh, and did I mention that it is the quietest dishwasher I have ever heard! I have to check sometimes to see if it is even running!

Our dishwasher was installed by a Geek Squad rep who was knowledgeable and worked quickly. She made sure the unit fit the dedicated space well. She was friendly and helpful. I appreciated her professionalism.

The install went smoothly and the guys were out in less than an hour. I would recommend to Best Buy that a 12 hour window for installation is ridiculous. Can't you just break it down to morning or afternoon?

the installation of our new Bosch Dishwasher by the Best Buy installers was perfect. The machine worked properly with no leakage as soon as it was installed. This is our 2nd Bosch Dishwasher and we couldn't be more pleased. The performance exceeds the small amount of price differential you might pay against another brand. So very pleased.

The Bosch 500 series dishwasher we purchased is quiet, adjustable, and does an awesome job cleaning dishes. After years of pre- cleaning and re-cleaning dishes we looked online and researched the top rated dishwashers and the Bosch 500 series was among the top spots. It cost a little more but is worth it to open the door and find clean, spotless, shiny dishes. It has an extra skinny top rack made for lids, extra long utensils and other thin items The middle rack adjusts up and down to accommodate the height of your glasses and items on that rack or to give more room for tall pans or other items on the bottom rack. The only improvement I would suggest for Bosch is to make the area around the touch buttons fingerprint resistant.

The installer did a great job making the dishwasher look appropriate in the space. Edges are nice and aligned with the cabinetry, and the dishwasher is nice and level. We were supposed to have it installed on a Tuesday, but due to some fiasco with time management, they could only come three days later on a Friday. I had to call several times just to find out what was going on. Glad the install worked out though, because we love the dishwasher.

The guys were friendly and efficient. They took out the old dishwasher and installed the new one in short order.

They installed this pretty quick and works perfect! Only we had to call our R.O people because we had no drinking water. Something got switched off apparently. Other then that minor hiccup was great!

Initially the install crew arrived in our appointment window with our new dishwasher and upon unpacking it the found that it was damaged. They got right on the phone to arrange ordering the replacement, took photos with their phones to send in to the supervisor and turned an unfortunate situation into a pleasant customer service experience. When the replacement became available, they scheduled a new delivery appointment the very next day and arrive promptly in the appointment window. The installers were professional, friendly & got the install done in a timely fashion. The installer also made sure to show us some of the basic features of this model & went over the product registration info with us. Great experience!!!

The installation went great. It was done on time and everything went smoothly, but the order should have included a "Haul Away" notation to take the old model away and didn't. It required a second phone call to have the old dishwasher picked up and removed.

Luke and Jon of the Geek Squad were early, and we were not quite ready when they called. We had to install a new valve on the water service line. When they came, we were ready and the installation went smoothly. Luke had been to our house before so it was better for both of us! We were surprised at how quickly the installation went; all was done in one hour, including demonstration of the new Bosch Dishwasher. The installers were courteous, efficient and very careful with bringing in the dishwasher. We removed the old unit ourselves so that the cabinet could be cleaned prior to installation, a big plus for the installers! Thanks Geek Squad

installation was fast and efficient. installers were polite and careful. dishwasher works wonderfully and is so very quiet.

Was worried about getting a new dishwasher because we had our kitchen tiled and it stood up in front of the dishwasher about 1-3/4" in front of the dishwasher. They were able to get it out and replace with this new one. It looks great, so sleek with hidden buttons. Lots of room inside tall dishwasher with three shelves. Only complaint is there is water left behind on stainless steel walls. Will try to use Shine Selection and . see if that helps as it is a hotter setting
