    The installers were great. We had a problem with the electrical plug in the way & had to have it moved. They had no problems coming back to do the dishwasher install.

    Best Buy does it right! My new Bosch dishwasher was installed with excellent customer service and professionalism. I would definitely buy another major appliance from Best Buy in the future!

    I love it. I high recommend it and the Apple valley Best Buy staff is the best of any store. They should all be like them. Only thing I hate is not being able to call my local store direct.

    The install team did what they are supposed to do and did it right but the communication needs to be better. They kept having to reschedule. One team called to pick up but couldn't do the install or even unhook the dishwasher.
