Always clean dishes. Only drawback, with heat drying setting, silverware not always dry, but that's just a small drawback. Love the Whirlpool!

Installation has defects Installer broke the hot water line valve for which repair I had to pay $160 Installer didn’t check out dishwasher operation before leaving Dishwasher is misaligned (in plan) relative to edge of cabinetry Dishwasher sometimes stops few minutes before program’s is finished, don’t know why Washing is OK but drying is never quite completed, which complicates putting finished dishes away Installer didn’t give any useful hints/heads up before hastily departing on how to use the equipment

It took three different visits but it finally got installed. I Love my dishwasher. It is nice having three different racks instead of two.

As always the technicians were very knowledgeable and installed the dishwasher in no time. They were very polite and wore their masks.

The install turned out to be a nightmare. The technician properly placed the dishwasher, and the dishwasher functions just fine, but when he connected the drain, he by-passed the air gap vent, looping the black hose that was connected to the disposal to the inlet where the dishwasher drainage was supposed to go. This air cap is a three pronged type, two inlets and one outlet. The other inlet is from the RO system which is under the sink, and it drains the excess RO water. He also undid a repair that I had done previously on the utube drain, So what happened, water drained all over under the sink. Had it not been for a plastic mat under the sink to capture all the water, it would have soaked the wood, and necessated an expensive repair to the kitchen. We had him come out and redo the installation, but this time the air gap vent is now plugged somehow, the black hose is probably plugged, and so now all drain water spews out at the top of the sink, into the sink, which is not normal operation. We called BB to have it repaired, and they organized another company to come out and do the repair, but they cancelled due to the fact that they did not originally install it. They said they were going to call BB and have it rescheduled. Someone dropped the ball because it did not happen. Next, we contacted BB again, and they scheduled someone else, but they didn't show. We did see a refund for the install, but we did not request that. We have now gone to the BB where we purchase the product and asked them to send a tech to repair the problem, and we are waiting on someone to show up today, but have not yet received notice.

The guys who came out to do the dishwasher install were okay to deal with and they installed the dishwasher just fine. However, neither one of them wanted to physically lift anything, so they scraped up my flooring slightly. Thankfully, the scrapes don't show too terribly. So, the moral of the story is, don't expect anyone to treat your home as well as you do.

The installer came in and removed my old dishwasher. Brought the new one in and had it installed in a matter of minutes. These guys knew what they were doing. A-1 SERVICE.

The installers arrived at the scheduled time and did an excellent job. They removed the old dishwasher and cleaned before installing the new appliance. Very pleased with the work done.

This is the second time we've had Best Buy deliver and install a dishwasher (at two houses). They did a great job both times and we've had no complaints.
