I cannot say enough good things about this installation. The crew arrived right on time, gave a courtesy call before arriving and did the job very efficiently and professionally. Honestly, i was a bit worried as Best Buy outsources this service and the Bosch dishwashers are typically slightly more difficult to install. However, my experience was very positive. The guys had a great attitude, did a great job, were on time and left me very impressed.

The installers were very professional and efficient, having my old unit removed and the new one installed in less then an hour after arrival.

The dishwasher works great and is very quiet. The installation was done with no problems.

They got the job done and did a good job. The install when smooth, communications was good. I would use them again.

The installation crew came, installed the dishwasher, provided instructions on its operation, made sure the machine’s manuals were included in the materials they left behind , cleaned up and left. Very capable and professional. They also left their contact information in case I had issue after they left. So far, I have had none.

I had Best Buy install my Bosch 500 Series dishwasher and they did a great job. They scheduled a pre-installation visit to confirm everything was ok, and the actual installation went smoothly. I would use Best Buy for appliance installation again.

I ordered a fridge & dishwasher to be delivered, installed with new parts & the old dishwasher taken away, through Best Buy's customer service. The woman was very nice but must have been inexperienced. On delivery day (April 2) I found out that there was no order to install the dishwasher. The installer called Best Buy & another date was scheduled to install the dishwasher. So the boxed dishwasher sat in the middle of my kitchen until April 13th. All of this was very upsetting BUT the delivery/installers were very, very professional, friendly & respectful. The top of the 2 doors of the fridge didn't line up. One door was slightly higher than the other. I hadn't noticed this but family members did so I called for Geek Squad service. Another very professional, friendly, respectful person came but was unable to match the doors perfectly but it's much less noticeable now. I still don't have a receipt for my new appliances so I have one more hoop to jump thru. I am very happy with both appliances it's the struggle & inconvenience that takes one star away. Best Buy sent me a gift card which is their way of saying "sorry" I appreciate the gesture and gift card.

They did a great job in installing the washer. The staff didn't put shoe covers though. They had properly explained and discussed everything i need to know about our new washer. As of now we so not see any issues with the installation of the washer, as i was worried about some negative reviews like leaks and not properly draining.

Yorman and Juan arrived on time and did a great job during the removal of our old dishwasher and the installation of the new Bosch. It was a high-quality installation and done right the first time! They were professional, courteous and provided an excellent demonstration on how to operate the dishwasher. They exceeded our expectations and OTD is fortunate to have them on their team.

Installer arrived within window time! This installer went above and beyond. Neatest job, nothing left behind. Installer reviewed the operation of the dishwasher (more than sufficient for me to start using it). Installer even replace the spacer between the wall and the appliance! Surely did not expect that!!!

The Samsung dishwasher I purchased required THREE tries. The first two wouldnt drain properly and nothing could be figured out. Despite the 3rd party install thing, they kept at it until my 3rd one is now working as it should. I'd leave 5 stars but the 3rd party thing is clunky if you have problems (multiple phone calls to here and there to set up the repair or exchange)

The installers were excellent and I wish I had their names. Everything went so smoothly from disconnecting and removing the old unit to the install of the new one. I was very concerned about our new wood floor and they took steps to perfectly protect it. They made sure that the install was precise with the appliance being correctly positioned and spot on level. They ran the dishwasher to make sure of their connections and to check the performance. I hope they will receive recognition from the company for their excellent work, they surely deserve it.

At the beginning, we had trouble making an installation appointment. Geek Squad sucked, it was rescheduled 3x before we finally got a real people to install. it took us more than a month after buying the dishwasher to be installed. But, when the installer arrived, it was so quick, installed without flaws. Faster and satisfied.

Our Maytag dishwasher came with a free install. Even though the delivery/install time took a little longer, it was worth it. The installer removed old unit and installed the new unit quickly and efficiently.

They were efficient, knowledgeable,and very polite. A pleasure to invite them into my home.

Purchased and had installed a Thermidor dishwasher to replace the one that shot craps after only 15 years. Everyone from the sales staff to the installer were professional and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with everything and surprised at the improvements Thermidor made over the years.
