Dishwasher has worked well. Dislike that if I am standing at counter where it is located & bump, it is enough to start it. As it is so quiet, it takes a bit to know it is running & I have to open & then cancel. Dislike that I have to clean out filter, but this is only model I could get that would fit this area in kitchen. Cleans & dries efficiently. Much difficulty getting undamaged dishwasher delivered...finally accepting this one with minimal damage.

The installers were very professional and did awesome work. They even swept out the area after the old washer was removed and prior to installing new dishwasher. I had had new flooring put in and it was a real mess from the flooring installation. Highly recommend the dishwasher install!

The Whirlpool Dishwasher was installed by two nice gentlemen from Best Buy. They did OK expect for the unit not being centered from right to left in the opening and they left it with a mounting bracket exposed that has a sharp edge. Someone is coming June 18 to fix these items.

Very quiet and cleans well. Cycles seem overly long but all in all a nice product and looks good.

I love the sleek design of this dishwasher. It is not bulky, super quiet, and does the job well! Especially on wine/champagne glasses where you often get those water droplet spots leftover. It looks gorgeous in the kitchen. My only complaint is that the brush of the stainless steel front attracts and collects all fingerprints from even just touching the handle...so we always feel we have to clean it constantly to get the smudges off. Other than that, great buy.

The delivery was done along with the refrigerator but the delivery people couldn't install the dishwasher. A new delivery team came out and installed the dishwasher even though I hadn't purchased the hose kit with it, it was not told to me online that it was necessary. The installers were awesome and were professional.

Our dishwasher installation went off without a hitch. The install team had great communication leading up to their arrival, showed up on time, installed our new dishwasher effectively - even correcting a couple of issues from our previous dishwasher installation - and left the installation area clean and tidy. They were professional and efficient!

I bought a new dishwasher to replace an old one that was failing, and got installation as well. The installers came on time, wore face masks and gloves. I described some problems with the way the old dishwasher fit, and he explained how that happened, and that the new installation would not have those problems. They took away the old washer, installed the new one, verified it was working properly, and showed me how to use some of the features, answering all my questions. They were gone in about an hour. After a month, the washer is working perfectly. Great job!

Great job on the install, professional and courteous. These two guys came prepared to deal with some minor issues that came up, and got the job done right. These guys went over and above to get this installation done. Best Buy had totally screwed up the scheduling and delivery, and I was strongly considering cancelling the whole deal. They dealt with the issues, got the extra parts needed, and cleaned up after they were done. I was angry when they first arrived, but smiling and very happy when they were finished!

Whomever did our install was in/out the house in no time at all. We'd previously had a dishwasher installed by another outfit and it moved around continuously inside the cabinetry and looked terrible. I cannot even tell you how pleased we are with this installation

I had two installation visits, as on my first visit the dishwasher, once unboxed, was found to be very badly damaged and could not be installed. The box was undamaged, so clearly the damage was not the fault of the delivery team. Regardless, they were extremely apologetic about the inconvenience to me, and handled the situation courteously and professionally. The installation of the replacement dishwasher was performed by a single Geek Squad tech (Joshua), who installed the unit quickly and professionally, explained all the key features of the machine, made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving. Good job overall.

The fellas did an excellent job taking care not to scratch our hardwood floors. They were a two-man team and did a professional job on the installation...I would have given a 5 star but they screw the dishwasher into the existing under-the-counter holes in front, which turn out to be a bit crooked. I took them out and mounted them straight (5 minutes). Hauled the old one away for me and cleaned up after they were done.

I love my new dishwasher! It is so quiet and large! Whirlpool, you did good! My friend paid more than twice what I did because he wanted a quiet machine. Well, I only paid $279 and I got quiet and quality.

Kitchen Aid Dishwasher Installers discovered and showed us a leaking garbage disposal & plumbing junction (we hadn't noticed the water in the cabinet under all the "stuff" stored there- offered to replace the leaking plumbing , waited for us to pick out a new garbage disposal at a local bigbox store and came back at the end of the day after their other appointments to install it. Very professional installers - everything has been working superbly!

Excellent two man installation team. They installed the delivered and installed the range hood, the range and the dishwasher all the same day and took away the old units. They also explained and demonstrated how to use the new appliances. First rate job.
