Installers were very courteous and attentive. Did a great job and had the necessary fittings that needed to be replaced before installing.

They did an amazing job installing my diswasher. They were very quick and professional.

The contractor, Ben did a great job. Since we did not have a dishwasher before, he had to hook up all new pipes and electrical. He was really fast and knowledgeable.

When the first dishwasher delivered was unboxed, it had a dent on the front. The technician had already removed my old washer, so I was given a choice to either have him install the dented one and wait for a replacement to be installed or else refuse the delivery and wait for a new one to arrive. I opted to use the dented one until the new one came. Installation tech was knowledgeable and helpful. Both installs were done in a timely manner.

The install was flawless the second time. The installer insured the unit was level and plumb. He even installed a outlet and insures the unit was safe.

They notified me when they would arrive and were there on time. Did great job. Worked well together. Appreciated their professionalism.

Our dishwasher was installed by a Geek Squad technician. He showed up on time, after a phone call the in morning with an ETA. He had the proper tools, safety and protection supplies, and got the work done to our satisfaction. I'm not the easiest to please as I was a career trade professional and expect the same quality workmanship and service I always tried to provide, but I am very happy with this job. There was a minor problem with a trim piece that appeared afterward, and customer service sent the same tech to fix it, which he did in a few minutes. Overall a great job!

Can't beat this dishwasher for the price. It's very quiet and cleans really well. It's a much taller tub than my previous dishwasher and just seems to fit a lot more.

The men who came to install my dishwasher were super professional and I have 0 complaints. They had to install an outlet which involved drilling my cabinets and they cleaned up the dust and everything before installing the new dishwasher. They explained all the functions of the dishwasher before hauling our old one away as well. Would highly reccomend.

The dishwasher install team was great! They were efficient and it was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing. They were like a well-oiled machine and I had complete confidence that the job was being done right. A bonus was that they were friendly and pleasant to interact with. If I could, I'd request this same team for future appliance installs.

They had the old dishwasher out and the new one in quickly. No leaks, runs perfect. Left no mess. COVID-conscious.

Top notch installers for sure! Jose and his team member were outstanding! I guess the new code is to have a outlet with GFI, I had no clue about this, but Jose was able to put one in for me and not say "sorry we will have to come back when you get this done" They had all the tools needed and knocked it out in no time at all. Both were also very professional and polite throughout the process.

I have had mixed results on some of the installers used by Best Buy previously but the 2 installers that came to my house for the dishwasher installation were very professional, respectful, and competent. They did a very nice job of installing my new dishwasher and hauling away the old one without any damage to paint or door frames or anything else. The new unit is aligned perfectly with the countertop and is blemish-free. It runs great. They did a nice job.

The installation team that BestBuy used for our dishwasher was fantastic. They made an appointment and arrived on time. They were careful and thoughtful to protect our floors and counters. They went way beyond in the amount of help they gave up and when it was all done the dishwasher was installed perfectly. In all, they were the best and made my wife and me thankful for using BestBuy for this purchase. In fact, if I could give them ten stars I would.

Needed to replace a new dishwasher that leaked and would not clean dishes. This one is American made and works great. Quiet and very god job of cleaning dishes.

The guys that installed my dishwasher were great!! It was not the easiest install and they did it without complaint. They showed up on time, cleaned everything up, and even offered some tips and advice for optimal performance. Highly recommend!
