Once installed, the service technician made sure we knew how to operate the appliance and made sure that it was in working order.

I believe that our install time was lost and the dishwasher did not make it onto the truck. They did make a special trip to BB to get it and bring it for the install. The bummer of it was that our parents were in town and we spent the whole day at the house waiting. The 4 hour window became 7. Dishwasher is great though!

Installers came and went, very efficient and courteous. Let me know what was being done every step of the way. Was concerned about our pets, made sure they did not disrupt them.

The installer explained what needed to happen to install my new dishwasher because the one I had was installed 35 years ago and there were plumbing and electrical issues

The installer did not complete the job. He left the electrical box lying on the floor of the cabinet. I couldn’t put my drawer back in place! My husband had to finish the job! Left trash from unloading in my street and I had to pick up and dispose of it! We’re not dressed appropriately...butt crack showing!

Removed the old one. Installed the new one w/i 35 minutes and demonstrated how the settings work. Everything went very smoothly.

Geek squad did a very good job and tried several things to start the new dishwasher and it would not work. They gladly packed it up and returned it to the store.
