    Geek squad did a very good job and tried several things to start the new dishwasher and it would not work. They gladly packed it up and returned it to the store.

    I paid $199 for installation. Technician overcharged me to install new air pap and hose. Parts cost was about $20 but the technician charged me $80 to include parts and installation and wanted cash. I am unhappy about this overcharge.

    The men that came to install my washer were very quick and efficient. They cleaned up afterwards and gave me some great tips on cleaning the exterior of the dishwasher.

    Install went great. Bit of a hiccup on my part for not notifying Best Buy to contact me on my cell. eventually received an email saying installers were trying to contact me.
