My installer was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He showed me how to use my new dishwasher and answered my questions. I felt very comfortable with him in my home.

The installation personnel were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable in their work. However, the appointment window was 4-8 pm, which in itself was way too late. The staff arrived about 15 minutes past the end of the window and did not leave my house until about 10:45 pm. That's much too late to have an installation done in my home.

The dishwasher appears to not be balanced and air is in the cold water - I have a repair team coming on the 29th. The racking setup is not functional. Due to having a third rack it takes up height for the other 2 racks. So little fits on the 3rd rack. It’s a waste of space. Taller glasses have to be on only one side of tray- plates roll and bang when rolling the tray in and out. I do not like the 3rd tray and would not like it on any brand. The touch buttons are so sensitive that when you put a dish in and go to close the door - the buttons start the dishwasher and you have to press cancel every time so that it won’t run. Do

On time and done right so nothing to complain about, nice use of mats to protect floor during process
