Micro wave easy to use, lot of room for a counter depth frigerator, dishwasher very quit can't tell it's running, have not used stove yet. So far very pleased.

The Bose dishwasher is so quiet, you have to look at it to make sure it's really operating. It gets dishes clean; it uses minimal soap, but requires using a drying agent or it nags you to add it. The two problems I perceive are 1.) It is hard to load. There are many different places to put dishes in it, but it's hard to actually get the dishes properly situated. The diagrams the manual uses seem to use midget dishes because mine don't fit where they are shown. Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it. I hope so. 2.) The lower rack does not have track it's entire length as it's pulled out. As a result unless you're very careful it will tip and fall off the area where it's supposed to roll, and the dishes in it will relocate themselves. Then you have to use both hands to coax the shelf back into proper position. The problem is the track ends on the floor before it gets to the door, and doesn't start on the door until the rack is into the door a bit. Making sure the door is completely open helps, but doesn't solve the problem.

It was a smooth experience overall. Support crew came on time and installed my dishwasher and ran test cycle to make dishwasher is installed properly and then gave me quick demo and cleaned whatever mess they have made before leaving :-) I love my Bosch dishwasher.

I bought an 18” Haier dishwasher in June. Installation was perfect and on time. It washes great but I am having to learn how to load it efficiently. I bought the stainless racks and the bottom rack is difficult to push back in after loading, I am somewhat disappointed?

The men who came re-installed my dishwasher that was falling out of the wall. I bought this dishwasher 2 years ago, with a warranty for the dishwasher. The original installation was faulty and fell out of the wall. He charged me $159 for that installation. Now it's fixed correctly. Also charged me $159.00 for a re-install. So far it's solid. looks fine too. They did a good job. Thank you

This technician knew exactly what he was supposed to do in order for the dishwasher to work perfectly. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. Took care to make sure everything entered my place in a timely and careful manner. Called before he was about to arrive. The installer wore a mask throughout the whole installation of the dishwasher due to COVID. My dishwasher was installed very professionally! Thanks to an A-Plus installer!!!

Great customer service and very professional. He even cleared the clogged that we had on the previous dishwasher. He arrived on time and was also very friendly.

Frigidaire dishwasher is amazingly quiet and does a great job cleaning the dishes. Love the cutlery tray (third rack) for large knives and kitchen utensils.

I ordered this dishwasher from best buy as the price/option for install were the best. That is where i made my mistake! I had to cancel my install due to a family emergency. I rescheduled for Dec 24th in the morning. I inquired if this was a valid install date as I had to drive 5 hours to this location. I never got a call and nobody showed. I was put on hold and then dropped after a long explanation. No callback. I finally reached a good agent and we were able to reschedule and verify a good date and time, but I had to drive another 5 hours back to my vacation home. I got a call while I was there and the company had to reschedule as they did not do installs on the day of my install. FORTUNATELY, it was only 1 day and I did not have to drive back out. The installers worked quickly LATE (6PM ish and 1 was experienced, the other not. I thought all was going well, but after the installer left, I noticed that the right side of the dishwasher sticks out farther from the cabinet than the left side. Also, the installer told me that the newer dishwasher lower front does not extend all the way to the existing cabinets and that there is no panel for it. INSTALLATION Rating ...1 for the valiant efforts of the installers to get out as quickly as possible! ( They still had several jobs to complete after mine!!??) I only had a chance to run the dishwasher once. It was quiet ( except for the noise coming from the front exposed panel and sure did hold A LOT of dishes. I think I will be happy with this dishwasher

I did have to wait until my kitchen was renovated and it took about 2 months, but I received multiple phone calls about delivery date, which I had to postpone quite a few times. When it came time to install the person was punctual and very polite and did a wonderful job. My new dishwasher works fantastic.

Bought another Maytag dishwasher from Best Buy after ten+ years of a great one!! The person who installed the new one was very professional and fast. They delivered quickly to us too, very little wait time from purchasing to delivery.

The installer did an excellent job getting the new dishwasher installed. He tested it to make sure it worked and there were no leaks.

Our install was fine. My only complaint is the dishwasher is pushed back and installed a half an inch too far making it hard to see the buttons on top. We have to bend down or push buttons on and then close to start. The dishwasher works great otherwise than said issue above.

Love my new dishwasher - cleans very well and is very quiet. I love my third rack and new features, like rack adjustments, bottle streaming, etc. Also, the technician was very professional and the installation went without a hitch.

The dishwasher we purchased was installed by an experienced crew of two men. They took out our old dishwasher and were careful not to do damage to our cabinets or floor in the process. They prepared the space for our beautiful new diswasher making sure wiring was up to date. It went in beautifully and was connected to the plumbing. It was fully tested before they left. We appreciated that they took all necessary covid safety precautions.

Only one of the crew could speak English and not very good. They brought all necessary items to do the install but somehow said they couldn’t (on the first try). I spent $400 for a plumber to connect the same item the install crew had as part of the install. The second time the same crew came. Very hard to understand but got the job done.

Great install! He placed in the dishwasher and the set the height and checked everything with a lavel! Excellent in all respects!##

I don't always expect much out of appliance installation after what I consider a "fail" on the last two installs from Best Buy technicians, but the gentlemen who came to my house to install my new dishwasher far exceeded my lowly expectations...they were polite, cleaned up after themselves, the guy who appeared to be in charge gave me a very thorough tutorial and actually showed me how to clean out the filter rather than just telling me. He took extra time to be sure the dishwasher was seated correctly in the opening (something the previous installer failed to do). Outstanding!
