I have a tough place to install a dishwasher since it is on an L. The technician did an excellent job and installing the dishwasher and keeping all the wood work in order.

Installers were professional and experienced. I appreciated the phone call from the delivery person to tell me what time he would arrive; arrived exactly as scheduled.

Poor installation where dishwasher wouldn’t drain and had standing water inside. Contacted Best Buy and was on hold for 90+ minutes due to “technical difficulties”, then was told subcontractor couldn’t return for over 2 weeks. Best Buy needs to maintain better supplier relationships and hold their subcontractors responsible for the quality of work completed.

The installers did a great job, however. the sales manager said the installers were going to be qualified to do plumbing if needed. The first installers were not.

The guy came out to install our new dishwasher. I told him and the store, Best Buy that I was concerned it wouldn't fit because of the handle sticking out. He took off the foam padding that covers the dishwasher, said I didn't need it and installed the dishwasher. It fit with the handle not hitting the kitchen drawer so I was happy. I even gave him a $10.00 tip. The first time I used it the dishwasher handel wouldn't close. I called Best Buy to have a service guy out to fix it. They said it has been 15 days past the purchase date and I now have to contact the manufacturer. I told them I just got it installed 2 days ago. They said sorry they can't help. Poor customer service, and installed wrong.

The gentlemen who installed my machine were very knowledgeable and professional.
