Best Buy used a 3rd party company to do the install. They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional.

2 geek men came to install my new LG dishwasher but somehow the dimensions were off by 1/2" so it had to be angled to avoid hitting the range with the door down.

The installer came in my house and took measurements before he could begin. unfortunately my kitchen space was not right so the d/w had to be returned for another that would fit

The installers were very professional. The work was completed quickly, they cleaned up all the packaging and debris and the fully explained how to run it.

The delivery guys called and let me know when to expect them. They were super nice, efficient and knowledgeable. They removed our old appliances and all packaging.

The installer arrived at my home on time, and did the work quickly. Afterwards, they started the appliance to make sure it worked and cleaned up before they left.

My installer was prompt and very knowledgeable. He realized that he had the wrong model, made a call, went all the way to Roseville .and came back to install!!,

The installers did a great job installing the dishwasher which I purchased from Best Buy. They noted the scratch on the door so I could discuss with Best Buy.

The technician installed the dishwasher and answered all questions concerning the install. The technician cleaned the work area and removed all the packaging for the dishwasher.

These guys were very professional. They installed the washer, wore protective shoe covers and instructed us on all the cycles and buttons on this brand dishwasher.
